Clearly, everyone rich & famous named 'BILL' abuses and sexually harasses women.

Comparing Bill O'Reilly to Bill Cosby is pretty far out there. I don't know all the allegations about Bill, from what I've heard he never forced himself onto anyone, or drugged anyone. He made passes at women, they rejected him, he didn't help their careers. Uncouth, but nothing that terrible. If there are allegations of rape or assault I'm not aware of I take back what I said, but otherwise I don't think Bill did anything that horrible. Certainly he isn't a predator like Bill Clinton, and Clinton is still a beloved figure.

I was comparing responses not the crimes. At the end of the day O'Reilly is an entertainer, and he needs to be bringing advertising dollars to the network to justify his presence. Fox "stood by" him when these allegations were kept quiet and he only cost them a few million. In the past couple days though, since this went public many advertisers had already backed out, and many more were about to. Just in confirmed losses it was $100 million, and likely would have been much more.

That's why he's gone. It's all about the bottom line.

Different though. Cosby actually drugged and raped them in whatever orifice was convenient; Bill just took whatever he could get, and O'Reilly made it way too clear to them that he wanted what he couldn't get.

I liked O'reilly because he refused to play left and right wing nonsense.However in the business of politics this stuff happens constantly.

Sexual harassment or harassment charges are not something easily proven.Matter of fact harassment goes on constantly with media and politics,a lot of people just shrug it off.Goes on constantly on the internet.

It is political business,you said the magic words when you said it is just business.It hurts their politics I guess.Their ratings will tank badly.If you have very serious sexual harassment charges on you it would be far worse than hitting on women.Which is not always sexual harassment anyways.

liberals could not wait for him to quit.So they found something on Him that some women are easily offended over.Most these women on these kind of shows are after money.
