At that point she had dropped the bottle she was holding in her hand, a weapon which can kill.

Wouldnt call that a defensive posture. Her hands would have moved to her face to block the blow. she attempted to uppercut him just couldnt hit hard enough.

That is interesting. The movie was a pulpish parody....a "fantasy piece" full of gratuitous violence.
Wielding a big heavy bottle, talking about "scalping people"....wow. Add to that concealing her face etc...hardly an innocent player.

Seems to me the obvious answer would be she had already approached him with the bottle before the video was shot and the video was the 2nd reaction seconds later.
You'll also notice in the video, there's more people in direct proximity including green jacket dude who's not in the bottle holding picture. Furthermore, you'll also notice in the video she almost falls back into a wall where in the picture, there is no wall and the wall would have blocked the view of whomever took the pic.
In the pic, there's plants/grass she falls back towards. In the vid, a wall.

What about the hat?
The bottle does look photoshopped in though, it seems to be too low in her hand for her to be able to grip it. But I'm not sure.

It's definitely not in her hands in the stumbling photo (as well as the video), but I do not see a photoshop here - nor can I see the hat being inserted.
I would say she did at one point, then lost both when she got pushed. Maybe the camera too, hard to tell.
