well he just spoke and practically said he wants to form a coalition and end the war in Syria.
The missiles were aimed at Syrian fighter jets and other infrastructure but did not target anything that may have had chemical weapons.
He said that no Russian planes were at the airfield and that the cruise missiles did not target any Russian facilities.

How many illegal wars must Republicans start before we stop allowing them to have power???
FFS, they just can't seem to interact on the world stage anymore without pulling out their dick and sticking it in someone's soup!!

Of course it is. And Tillerson implied as much today. But the populace needs to be duck-walked through it since it's clear it's not why Trump was elected.

I thought this was infrastructure and chem weapons destruction mission?
Assad doesn't gain anything by chemical bombing his own, regardless of supposed affiliation. Russia does. U.S. does.

Russia was not warned of the attack.

Bull#. I voted for him, in part because he campaigned strongly on the principle that the U.S. shouldn't be involved in regime change. And yet here we are...
This is NOT a regime change action. Get educated on the issue, then comment. Stop making things up.
It is quite right to point out that Trumps campaign platform included the end of intervention in the Middle East.
Educate your own self...
"We will stop racing to topple foreign regimes that we know nothing about, that we shouldn't be involved with," Trump said, insisting the United States must end a "destructive cycle of intervention and chaos."
That's not what I was saying. Read to understand. Cruise missile strikes are not "regime change". YOU educate YOURself. Thanks.

Does not anyone find it strange that media organization tweeted that they would cover the airstrikes and chemical weapons attack, the day before the actual chemical attack?? is that not a bit strange to some people??
No, nothing to see here I am certain.

Apparently Russia was informed prior to the attack.
Apparently there were no Russian assets at the airbase.
Apparently.
