Now Jesus taught for husbands to love their wives as He loved and gave Himself for them. So its very easy to see a Christian being wrong. I can`t speak for what Hindu`s or Buddhist`s are taught by the text of their beliefs, but I`d be surprised if they allow for wife beating like Islam and by Mohammad and his followers documented examples.
