In real world legal proceedings the prosecution reserves the right to revoke immunity if any part of the testimony is found to be false.

I'd like to see that in place.

He has retro-actively registered as a foreign agent of Turkey and now sources say he got money from 3 different avenues from Russia..Not just RT Media..

He might very well have a story to tell..The net is closing in on him, he needs to make a move...we will see.

I do not see a reason for the DOJ to grant Flynn immunity IF they already have enough on him to prosecute him.

There is a strong possibility that granting him immunity that he could pull a Pagliano, who was given immunity and still used the 5th amendment over a hundred times during his testimony.

Just doesn't make any logical since for the DOJ to grant him immunity if they have enough already on him to prosecute.

Sanders was an Independent but he ran under the Democratic Ticket. He's still considered by many to be an Independent.

Oddly enough that now means he's the most popular Democrat too even though he's technically and Independent.

If crimes have been committed, I hope we find out about them. If the President or someone near him has been compromised by a foreign power, you should want to know that as well. Stop defending Trump for a second and think.

If he is part of a C.I. program this is being used for a reason. They do not have to tell the media the truth and he would have zero rights if he was found in the treason area.

He has been gone for weeks. Could have already spilled his info.

Again best case scenario it's a bipartisan takedown from president to congress. We get early elections both sides.

Whether you like it or not we need liberals and conservatives to have meaningful productive debate for the cohesive whole. The demoplicans have ruined us.

I am ex military and have great respect for Mike Flynn, he is running scared. I was an enlisted guy, but came into contact with General officers on a regular basis. Mike Flynn was one of the good guys.

Listen closely. No one asks for immunity exchanges if there is no crime. It does not happen.

The crime will be found to be his alone. He's the patsy. His attempt at immunity is his way out.

If he gets his immunity; he'll admit he talking to the Russian's a few weeks too early and nothing more.

The reason no one is taking him up on his offer is because all they have is him. If they give him immunity then they have no one else to go after.
