I'm at work, but I opened up GIMP, loaded the first two pictures in and the lines will line up to corresponding symbols on the alphabet wheels. If anyone knew what alphabets they were, that would help. I googled Rune alphabet but all the symbols didn't match.

I was actually going to compare the middle to the cipher used by Olivier Levasseur but I have to make the time to do it

Pgp verification or it's not Cicada. Go back and read early Cicada puzzles. They specifically give their public key and say that if it is not signed it's not them. The point of recruitment was for privacy and security... hence pgp was an important part of the puzzle.

You can believe whatever you want, but don't push your beliefs as facts when you've been told in a verifiable way that it isn't. It may be a fun and challenging puzzle with similarities to Cicada, but wishing doesn't make it connected.

There are several puzzles that mimic and some that pretend to be Cicada. None of the dedicated Cicada solvers fall for it and in fact they are sometimes in on it to distract others from the actual Cicada puzzle.

I clicked on it and an eye looking back at me was mostly what I saw.

It may be a puzzle, but it makes me want to look into iridology(sp) or whatever it's called.

I'm channeling a mix of Roulette wheel geometry, ZATAOMM, the phaistos disk, and the Kryptos puzzle.

It's pretty incredible stuff, this rabbit hole is deep. To say the least. Appears to tie back decades.

Check out the link Norge provided (tengri137...) and prepare for the rabbit hole. This is pure ATS stuff of legend here. Could be one of the best hoaxes ever too. That makes it even more fun.

This is a decryption game.

It is partly based on Alberti's encryption wheel (a circle with 24 cells), partly based on Vigenere (which is Ceasar's ciphers) and partly RSA.

Vigenere encryption is as follows:

To encrypt a message: Ca = Ma + Kb (mod X)
To decrypt a message: Ma = Ca – Kb (mod X)

Where:
C = Code
M = Message
K = Key

And where a = the ath character of the message bounded by the message, and b is the bth character of the Key bounded by the length of the key.

In the riddle, "22 is the Key" likely refers to the length part of the key because we know the key has to be text for it to work in the Vigenere formula.

The "44 is the way" is likely in reference to the length of M in the message.

Message = Mod = [1st - 2nd] + [3rd + 2nd]

This refers further up to the 1st rotor, 2nd rotor, 3rd rotor. This is part of Alberti's rings, where the reference to "a circle with 24 cells will have the answer"

Once you have that, those are all plugged into an RSA decryption with the series of letters that are listed in two long alpha strings being the input or message (maybe even the key), and the password for the cipher being the output of the equations (or the message, not sure yet).

I haven't had enough time to play with it, but it's 3 layers of encryption using 3 different encryption methodologies. Whoever made this, didn't want it to be easily cracked and wanted it to be someone who knows the art and science (and history!) of cryptography really well.

Thankyou! I appreciate it very much to hear that for my first thread!

This reminds me of Project Blue Beam, could this be the beginnings of something nefarious, far more insidious and complex than anyone wouldve thought.

What gets me is the extremely complex Onion (Dark Net Stuff) that was generated, apparently it would take the average user a billion years to generate it. OR it would take all the computing power of the NSA, wouldn't take very long.

And you used this with your pgp key and verified it is certifiably Cicada or you just saw a pgp code and assumed it was right?

This is a hoaxer who has done previous puzzles piggybacking on Cicada. He was doxxed as a result of being a little careless and using some things he shouldn't have. The kind of people with the skill set to solve cicada don't like being jerked around too long.

Enjoy the puzzle but don't allow yourself to be fooled. He's done several other fakes.
