NEW Crypto-Graphic Puzzle: Sevens.Exposed (Possible Wikileaks Connection)

My First thread, I didn't see anything posted about this specific puzzle.

At the link sevens.exposed...

There is a new crypto-graphic puzzle, presented in the infamous Cicada 3301 format.

In the past when you solved the puzzle, it would lead you to a city in the world where you would be confronted with another puzzle, if you get far enough you COULD be recruited into this secret society, nobody has even reported to make it this far.

Some speculate this is a CIA BlackOp to recruit the best of the best to be embedded into government to help weed out the corrupt (if that's true, it's not working too well).

I am not able to even begin to figure that out..

Some real bizarre co-incidences with the Wiki releases, not sure what to think.

This is not Cicada 3301. Cicada puzzles are always pgp signed for verification.

Sometimes it´s a prank, sometimes it´s for puzzling and not-so-often-sometimes it´s your/some government trying to aquire personal. But if it´s the last one, they often are anounced in public. Not all...that´s pretty sure.

But one thing. If you happen to solve the puzzle, what do you do? Report it to the internet or join that group....now you know, why nobody has even reported to make it that far.

Pretty interesting puzzle. Has a LOT of mathematical equations involved in it and appears to have references to Shakespeare's Hamlet as well. The Vigenere cipher portion of this alone seems like it would take someone a lot of time to figure out the code from the letters in the cipher, and the "key" is stated to be 22, but would that be "twentytwo" written out so that it could actually be the key?

It does appear that the lines and mathematics involved will lead to coordinates of some sort on a map based on the 24-cell circle and there is likely a public encryption key somewhere to reference as the Rivest Shamir Adelman reference is directly referencing RSA encryption keys.

Anywho...I don't think I will be wasting time on this...I don't have a need to be in a secret society that we have the time to make puzzles....

Also embedded in the page source are these two odd sound files...one is distorted and the other is morse code>

And then this is another embedded sound file that if you fast forward to the 12:27 mark you start to hear a voice then it goes back to music...quite odd these sound files.

Wow...these sound files have all kinds of weird stuff in them. Just forwarding through them and there are all kinds of hidden messages and morse code and sound distortion that come up at multiple intervals....seems this code will likely take someone a while to crack.

I wonder how long it took whomever to come up with it. And how disappointed would they be should it be cracked in a short span of time.

It also appears the "Lions guard the lion" may be a reference to the Lion Guard which was a para-military group protection of Trump and his supporters as their cause...strange..never heard of these guys before:

What if it is WikiLeaks related, what if it's the key to their insurance files? If you can figure out the geographic location, I'll go there and post what I find. As long as it's not in like Iraq or something hahahaha, then again you could always just troll me and send me to the Gulag or something hahahaha.

LOL...I don't have time to figure it out...my mathematical skills are not what they used to be at all and it appears there are quite a few puzzles/riddles within the puzzle to figure out. I would guess a team working on it would have better luck. Being able to input the cipher and the key into a program to hash out wpuld likely be the way to go. However if it is built as i think it is, there could easily be more than one answer that comes out, which would obviously make the rest of the puzzle incorrect.

I will hazard a guess that multiple answers can be had, but only one solution. So if you get the cipher incorrect, you will still get an answer from the rest of it but the answer will not be the solution. Too much to wrap my tiny brain around...if I were 20 years younger I may have given it a go....alas there are plenty more folks in the world that have the skills to figure it out, and some likely here on ATS.

Oh...and I doubt it's wikileaks related...they aren't typically in to crypto and would have no reason to make people figure out a puzzle before getting an answer. This is probably similar to other puzzles online where it will lead to some sort of accolades for solving it at the end but nobody will ever hear about it being solved.

Tengri 137 is a riddle designed by an unknown group, organisation (or maybe aliens). First days we think that this riddle is a cheap copy of "cicada 3301" riddle. But the knowledge and the story behind this riddle cannot be a joke. It's to complex to be a scam!
Highlights:

perfect magic circles,
perfect magic squares,

It would appear someone has recently cracked and translated the other pages except for page 23.

One of the lines refers to the RSA algorithm, it names all the creators - Rivest, Shamir and Aldeman.
So something will require decryption, it's encrypted with the RSA algorithm.

As i understand it page 23 is not meant to be deciphered.
It is a kind of zip message with connection to DNA strains meant to be read without stop as a download for the for brain.
It will over time time unpack (reformat the brain) and is not reversible.
