Not to sound ignorant, but since you claim to know so much, how will it be "a bit like slavery"? And, setting religion aside, please don't tell me they will "hack into your brain" or for some other idiotic, schizophrenic reason like it.

Religion and Christianity are two different things. Religion controls, Christianity doesn't; plain and simple.

We are already losing freedom. People can already tap into our credit files, through the DMV they can get history, through public records, through your job, doctors. Look, when they implant chips they will know everything. Your history is on a chip and it is techonology; a technology that the government will put to great use for their own purposes.

Do you think it is freedom for someone to know where you are at all the time, who you are with, what you are doing? Doesn't sound like your own life does it? What kind of freedom is that?

And slavery - well, look up the word "slavery" in the dictionary. I don't want a master to control my life, where I go whom I see, what I do. The world is so conditioned that it's okay for the government to have that much control over your life? So who makes the decision whether you should live or die? Whether you are a terrorist or not? Whether you work here or there? Do you like reading philosophy - Please don't get caught up into the illusion of this world and what freedom really is. They place the fear into the hearts of men, so that man will hide under their wings for protection only to find that they were the prey so patiently sought after.

Christainity DOESN'T control? So youre telling me, that as a Christian, you don't really have to follow the 10 Commandments? You dont really have to try not to "sin"? Rules and limitations ARE control.

About the records/history point you brought up, if you have nothing to be ashamed about, why worry? If youve commited a crime, and have served your "punishment", its over with. What are they going to do, "punish" you again and again and again? If they can stop a scam from happening by looking at your credit report, isn't that better than some freeloader on the loose? And why is it a bad thing to look through medical records? I can't even beging to explain why that one might not be bad.

IMO, all thats going to happen is they will know where you are going/are at, at all times. If you don't have any reason for them to prevent you from going there, they're not going to stop you from going there. Also, its not like if you try to walk left, they are going to make you walk right instead. What it sounds like you are saying will happen is they will prevent you from doing things/going places, and/or make you go places you don't want to go. How will they accomplish that? Or how about this. YOU tell ME what you think is going to happen when we all become the government's slaves. I'd really like to know.

I would miss my head very much..

They will coerce people to accept it by pointing out the positive aspects - you'll always know where your kid is, you won't have to carry cash or credit cards that could be stolen, 'Its cool to be chipped' etc etc.

As for those who don't want it - theres always the black market - Most of the people I met in Romania in the 80's used it, because that was the only way they could survive.

I think if you would have read my post right, you would have discovered that I did NOT say that Christianity controls - religion does. But this is a different topic to get into. If you do not understand what I am saying, I apologize and I would be happy to explain it to you via email or something.

As far as being afraid of something - something to hide; a crime, etc. -
I am not talking about that either. By your comments and some others as well, it looks as though I was wrong in assuming that it would take a huge type of disaster to happen before so many people would accept a "chip". Years of conditioning has really spun it's web through many people and I feel so sorry for this and sad.

I wanted to add this as well - you are totally missing the point. What is communism to you? What does slavery mean to you? I have nothing to hide and that is fine, but how long before the need for perfection for an obedient society - obedient to expectations of who/whom? What happened to privacy? Do you remember the year of America's independence? Or what about what the true constitution says? Who gives them the right to know what I am buying at the store, where I am going, who I marry, etc. How long before "they" decide what part of the population are not worth living? Who should not get raises in their jobs, who should live in this neighborhood and who should live in that; what kind of religion you should be following. Extreme? Well, think about/read about some other countries that have control over their people - do you know what oppression is? Conforming to society. Why did America fight so hard for freedom? Was it all a joke? Do you think that if the people that sacrificed so much to start a new life in America could see the deteriation of America's freedom slowly taken away would make the same sacrifices? If people submit to chip implants, they are handing over what freedom they had left.

Just my opinion - you have your own and you are welcome to it and your opinion is right for you. I am not trying to steer you towards my opinion, I am just stating what I believe. I would like to state my opinion while I still can.

I'll take death. But thats after my escape attempt which will most likely fail. At least theres some freedom in death. Plus it would be weird having the NWO know were you are down to the inch all the time. Of course knowing myself I'll chicken out and take the chip after much procrastination.

I live in the mountains of colorado and would know if some one was coming onto my property trying to implant me. I think a shotgun blast to the knee would tell them to back off.

Think about it.... you can say to yourself "they wont find me" wrong! Satillites recievers have cordinates, cell phones, gps, ip addresses, post office, dmv, cameras everywhere you go, bank accounts, and anything else I cant think of right now. So in my OPINION i believe that there is no escape but who says you cant put up a fight. I also believe that it wont happen all at once. EX. credit cards. I think it will take time to determine how "they" initiate the implants. Maybe biometric ID's? Scary stuff people.

I just love those people who are of the opinion that if you aren't doing anything wrong, you shouldn't be worried. My question to them is who decides what is wrong? You are assuming that everyone agrees on the subject.

If the government is the one you would let determine that, I can tell you what ANY government will think is wrong- disagreeing with them.

Sigh, I give up. You people can just fight the chip in vain, or get it and get it illegally taken out a few weeks later. I just dont understand why its so bad. And about that comment about communism, if true communism worked, I would love to live in a society like that; equality for all. But, unfortunately, humans are greedy. Then there's people like you. People who, after reading too many science fiction stories, base their unacceptance of the future on the past and on the fiction they read. I am not a Christian anymore, and I am not a communist/socialist. I am however a Moderate Republican (or Democrat depending on how you look at it).

You all just need to chill and stop worrying about "EVIL" Big Brother. Its coming weather you like it or not, so a (I KNOW some of you are thinking it MUST come down to this) Waco-esque fight is going to illogical, extremely stupid, and in vain. The world is a different, smaller place than it was 250 years ago, and all Big Brother is, is huge security measure against the forces working against us (domestic AND foreign).

I don't read science fiction stories. Unacceptance of the future no, not if it is a future that is true, non-oppressive, etc. Unacceptance of a microchip - definately! It's my choice to chose death over accepting a chip - that is a peaceful decision. I guess "people like me" , according to your quote are just not willing to allow "people like you" to "dictate" how this country is ran and what the outcome of ours and our children's futures are. Your views are your views, your decisions are your decisions, I won't knock them, say they are wrong - because they are yours, individually; you have the right to your own opinion, you are intitled to them after all, aren't you?

I would take my chance with the chip, and then work to defete or change the info for my benefit, then sell technology and make milliions!
