Not drinking dairy is the simple answer, but there are places that don't offer alternatives that aren't dairy with their lunches.

What's going on is that the internet and social media tend to promote these ideas because they are outrageous and therefore click worthy. The more that people click on these stories, the more they are moved to the top of the chain and that encourages others to come up with even more outrageous ideas about what is racist.

Its just a mind game.

It must be a covert marketing ploy by the almond milk producers. Put almond milk on your cereal, or you're a racist.

The dairy cows got to go. Send them to Guantanamo.

I quit drinking cow milk a long time ago. See how I interjected "choice"? Regardless of ads.

Almond, hemp and cashew milk are white-ish.

I'm betting the nut farmers were all nazi as well along with hemp farmers.

Why do people latch on to the dumbest ideas and run with them? Nothing to cry about? Let's make $hit up and present it as fact. College, where having and outrageous opinion and no facts only costs $50 k a year.

Nothing screams, "Im a white person" louder than buying alternative milk products when you are able to digest lactose.
