Intent does not matter, I agree. I think you missed my point. There will never be a lawsuit. But if he did intend to lie then I would personally WANT consequences.

The law doesn't matter because there will be no consequences either way.

We have seen undeniable proof. Proof that the MSM and government agencies are all biased against Trump. The problem with Trump. Trump isn't a criminal. So they have to get rid of him as soon as possible.
