Everytime I upload the picture I have it's being deleted, or otherwise not working within minutes. Both on TinyPic now and Imgur. I thought this was
*maybe* sort of true but to see the stuff I'm putting up actually getting pulled down is freaking me out a bit.
Edit: it's this picture here, but I cut the image itself out and saved it i.4cdn.org...
Yes, this one! The one I shared the screen cap of.
The image you can't upload is the same image that was scrubbed from both 4chan and the 4chan
archives after being posted the night before last. Isn't that interesting that when you try to crop and upload it, it fails, almost like
there
must be some truth to the idea that sites have an image filter to remove the image.
Fortunately, today I managed to find someone who had that screenshot which for whatever reason seemed to dodge the filter that was in place. Two
nights ago when I first saw it, there were two other versions (I said there were only two originally, but I misremembered, there were three). There
was one with only a few colors, purple/grey/blue/black/white, and there was one that was almost entirely black. Between the three of them, you could
make out a bit of detail of what appears to be a small figure or object in the front left, one which was conveniently covered by the obviously fake
alien head.
Also, to those who are saying the shadows are wrong, I beg to differ. Look at the low lying patch of woody scrub directly to the right of the humanoid
shadow (a few feet in front of the tree): the scrub's shadow also runs behind and a bit right, just like the humanoid shadow. Shadows don't always
track exactly the same direction, sometimes they cast off at slight angles as you look across a landscape.
ETA: Another possibility to those having problems with the shadow is that there may be a small embankment in the foreground that we can't see due to
the camera's perspective. Again, look at the shadow of the woody scrub to the right of the humanoid shadow, its shadow is also going off at an angle
similar to the humanoid shadow. Perhaps both its shadow and the humanoid's are being cast against a small embankment.
