From 4chan; Take it with a grain of salt:

"I have the picture, I have multiple devices and have managed to spread it across multiple methods of storage at this point.

There is a problem as this picture is impossible to move onto any technological device with any form of new digital binary based input of data recorded or changed shortly after the original post was wiped.

There is so,e kind of universal control code that is either native or remote that is universally working to stop spread of this image at least through networked sources and I have found evidence that it may even be able to manifest retroactively.

This is making it very hard to share the image even in printed form.

It is also impossible to use storage media effectively without compromising the data when accessed.

All I can say right now is the data is safely stored in a suspended state and the situation is now similar to that of which we have when attempting to counter the issue of restoring cryogenically preserved bodies.

In other words, not yet. This image may be a plant is meant to reveal when we are ready. It may be the case that it has alreadyexisted for some time and was exposed either accidentally or temporarily with some malicious intent.

The image is only welcomed to serve it's intended purpose when conditions originally commit to are correct.

Not yet."

It is the mostly nonsense words typographers use to show off their fonts.

Like when you start a new website and they have "fill text" -this is that text.

Can someone more tech savvy than I explain what this means and how it can happen?

Does the pic carry or is used on some technology we don't have?

Turn the bytpe values into a list of decimal values in a text file. Recreate it at the new computer.
Try encryption.

I'm thinking more and more this is a massive troll. If anyone was going to disclose anything it isn't going to be in the form of a coded image or file forcing people to crack some code to view a file....they would just release it decoded with whatever info readily viewable.

Nope. It's bullsh*t. There is no "new digital binary" as by definition, binary is 1 or 0, on or off, true or false. One of the other.

There is no alien code which is encrypted in the image. This isn't Independence Day where Jeff Goldblum can hack an alien craft's computer systems with his laptop.

They could have run the file through a software that codes and auto deletes after whatever time limit set by the user. It is used by businesses all the time for sensitive pdf files and whatnot. You can set a time limit before the file basically corrupts or deletes itself.

There are techniques for hiding _javascript in images but just using a photo editor to edit or view it would not trigger the exploit. IE: something that corupts the image.
