I didn't think I could do it, but I did finally come up with something for the tribute page. Thank you Kat for leaving the link so we could find it quickly. Hugs!

I think I liked the second one the best.

Night, I also enjoyed yours.

That was one of his that stuck out at me.

I loved the cat and tree ones as well as others, but I felt that the painting I chose was quite inspiring.

Thanks!

The second one? Not sure I get what you mean.

It's ok if you didn't resonate with mine.

I'm sorry. I should have been more clear.

Your second picture choice. And the words you used.

I do like your whole story.

This must be Ladies night out. Look Girls, we have the place to ourselves. Should we throw lace curtains up or something?

Good morning everyone.
Thank you all so much for the loving kind words and messages.

I will be curled up by the fire reading for a while...it helps just to be here surrounded by all of you.
It will take me a while to get caught up and to respond to some private messages. Putting words together in a coherent sentence is difficult right now, so please bear with me...might take a little time to get back to everyone.

I hope everybody is well today.
Much love,
me

Hi Marty! *hugs*
Thank you, beautiful words...very much appreciated.

On Friday I learned that a boy who had lived across the street from us years ago (and had been part of the group of kids who all played together with mine back then)...died from a suicide at the age of 26.

With my friend's mother passing suddenly, that makes 3 deaths in one week for me.
I am raw and overwhelmed, and very grateful to have this place and all you wonderful people.

How are you doing sweetie? Did you have a nice weekend?

We just lazed around. Paul was sick. His heart really has him beat down. We go to WVU Wednesday to meet with the surgeon and figure everything out. I just have to make it to Wednesday. My brain feels like mush!

I'm sorry RL is throwing so much at you right now honey.

Aww, I'm sorry RL is throwing stuff at you too. No doubt you and Paul are stressing about his issues and I really hope that everything works out well for you both.
My son-in-law was having chest pain for a long time and eventually went to the hospital. After much testing (and many appointments) he was told that he had a small hole in his heart.
Surgery was discussed but eventually they decided that it was not necessary...he has been fine but there is now always an underlying fear (for both him and my daughter).

Try to stay positive. It's hard when there are so many tragedies happening all around us, but many people get a frightening diagnoses yet manage to overcome and live long happy lives.
Prayers and hugs to you both.

Morning Jacy.

Thinking of you.

Life is hard, and it isn't fair.

And it really hurts like hell sometimes.

But if you focus on what is within your power to change for the better.

You can and you will.

Go rescue a new friend.

Sorry to hear your Paul isn't feeling well.

Hope things are positive on Wenesday.

Are you working right now?

Try to keep your mind and body busy. And think positive.

Thanks so much Kat! And thank you for my stick, I really needed that today!

Also, thank you for linking in Gordi's entry. I did not know Masqua but am really enjoying seeing other's work with his art to find new meanings.
