Pesky pulled her face into a quizzical and derisory pout, before sticking her tongue out, fluttering her wings and shaking her head at the silly & shrunken Scotsman who apparently didn't even recognise her!

"hmmm, maybe I could have some FUN with THIS!!"

Night Star hugged Marty back, so happy to see her old friend again, even if it was under strange and scary circumstances. She hugged Shep as well and didn't ask for an explanation about Visaera. She figured there had to be a good one.The lovely Elf tried to keep calm. "The white witch resides deep in the forest. We have some traveling to do and the quicker the better". The sun had disappeared behind the clouds earlier and now it began to rain softly."

Night couldn't help but stifle a laugh about Gordi's transformation. Pesky on the other hand moved a little further away in the silk lined hood from Gordi. She knew he was a human friend, but he was never this small and never looked at her like THAT before. "Just stay in your corner and keep calm. So far, there hasn't been a situation we haven't been able to get out of with the help of all the Sheddites, though these are rather challenging circumstances. You can use your sword like mine now, as a needle in the eye of any enemy. The little pixie knew of the brave Sir Gordi of the Shedlands, but had no idea how to deal with this miniaturized and fearful version.

*********************************************************

It was Gordi's turn to pull a quizzical face as he tried to figure out what the hell was going on...
The beautiful girl had sprouted wings! and was now ordering him around - just like the shed-girls do!!

"Ah'm sorry lass - have we met before? And why has everyone else turned intae a giant except for the two of us?? Ye seem tae be very calm aboot everythin'?? Ah take it ye've dealt wi Giants before then??"

He gazed at the lovely girl with the silken skin and translucent wings, looking for some kind of re-assurance, something - ANYTHING to begin to make sense of this crazy nightmare that was unfolding before him, but she just smirked at him... wiggled her lovely little pointy nose and... with a wave of her delicate hand, created a sparkling cloud of rainbow-coloured dust which spun around his head and made him feel slightly giddy.

The girl burst into full on belly-laughter as Gordi suddenly noticed a huge and highly decorative Easter Bonnet had appeared on his head, resplendent with fuzzy chicks, golden eggs and a whole cast of fragrant spring flowers, which - although very nice, did seem to clash somewhat with his stubbly chin, leather & chainmail!

oooh - I need to go "swamping"?? LOL

Yeah, the saw cuts were very rough. A combination of damp wood and cheap saw I'm afraid!!

I like rustic over polished EVERY day of the week (just LOOK at ME!!! ROFL).... but... I found it difficult to keep the soldering Iron on track when having to negotiate the lumpy cut-lines and was wondering if I should smooth it out a bit next time to make my pyrograph a more accurate rendition!!

I suppose a smoother cut in the first place would kill two birds with one stone?
I need dryer wood and a better saw!! LOL

While we are discussing temperatures, I am fascinated by Absolute Zero. -273.15 Celsius (-459.67 F) or zero degrees kelvin. All motion stops. I could relate this to apparent brain activity in some people in RL but that would be overtly rude so I will just voice it in here.

All atomic motions stops, yes. Heat is the vibration of atoms, they kind of make real tight random movements when it's hot, so absolute zero stops most of this movement. Hence, it becomes cold.

Would that make it a Black Hole?

Absolutely not. You need alot of mass squeezed into a tiny space (no, not a closet) to get a black hole.

Here - have some re-hydrated water to cool you down....

Re-hydrated water is the best.

Well second best. My first best is reserved for a common golden substance containing ethyl alcohol.
