Only in Hollywood tv shows like Banshee.

I know, right!
Why can't they think of something original or at least an ounce of truth..... something more believable.

I don't know about trusting everything The Intercept puts out there. Haven't they been caught a time or two printing things that were false or hyped or misrepresented? I seem to recall some scandal involving them.

I think white supremacy is going to be the next tactical meme the Left starts using. If one thing doesn't work, they go onto the next lie or accusation.

Hence the story from today.

and of course this too...

obtained by The Intercept

Okay....I just asked a friend of mine with over 25 years in law enforcement in a major metropolitan city if he ever knew of any white supremacists on the force. He said, no, but if there were and they were hiding it, they must have been hiding it really well. That would have been an offense that would get them fired in a heartbeat.

I think there is a lot of hype and exaggeration coming out of the left all of a sudden for some reason about "white supremecy".

It is one of their tactics they are pulling out of the hat to use against their opponents in the Trump administration. They are constantly beating the drum of division.

Similar to a drug habit or alcohol abuse.

Can get you fired and important to keep to yourself.

It's not hype. There are a few reasons to be concerned with white supremacy, considering recent events.

Considering the background check the FBI and leo does.

It's pretty hard to imagine a white supremacist being hired.

This is 11 years ago anything a little more current?? I figure since the kkk has only a couple thousand members by now don't think they can infiltrate a lot considering there is more police forces then they have members.

What about Muslims that may be deemed an "enemy" of the US government, for whatever reason?

Good trap questions which I lack a concrete answer to. I'm identifying two very specific scenarios, militia and sovereign citizen, who I know are considered enemies of the feds because I know plenty of each and I know whether these individuals are moral, honest, and trustworthy within their greater communities. I guess my answer is that I can't say without knowing what the basis of their consideration as an enemy of the government is built on. I know, for example, militiamen are considered enemies by some feds simply because they believe the state takes priority over the federal in all things and that's a big no-no in the eyes of DC.

That said, I've been told in the past that a practicing Muslim CANNOT be a cop in the US for numerous reasons, including close contact with unrelated females, facial hair restrictions in most LEO offices, and handing over suspects to be judged by non-sharia justices. What I've read and been told on the topic indicates that many Muslims consider law enforcement jobs to be incompatible with their religious vow to place their religious beliefs above all else in their lives.

I know that you know I'm white and that I'm not ashamed of being white, I suffer no white guilt and because I'm not a racist or a bigot I don't need to perform all kinds of mental gymnastics... you should stop. I have no desire to wipe my own skin color, especially since I have a white child, white parents, white boyfriend, brother, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends... off the face of the earth. Stop your silliness.

They even have to go through a pretty rigorous psychological testing. I really don't think police forces are crawling with WS....that's a fabrication to advance somebody's agenda.

Just everybody mass exodus from city to country and kill each other already. Anyone with a brain knows how a civil war will end anyway. Just get it over with. The winter months are always preferable but no matter.

I don't know what you mean. I'm just trying to get you to see the irony of what you are suggesting.

I don't know. The article/reports didn't say. But if they were, shouldn't we be against them as well? And pretty much any kind of supremacy? Can we just make a blanket rule that if it a group can be defined as ______ Supremacy then we're against it?

Ummm...don't you think it's about time we tried something new...How about we be...FOR...our fellows...

How about we stop labeling people/groups...simply because they have different concerns than the ones articulated by groups/people we associate with...

Why not attempt community and neighborhood...

There has to be some common ground somewhere...because if not...it truly will be a clash of civilizations...and we will have war...

Don't forget about their tattoos either.

Pretty hard to miss.

I'm getting tired of this white supremacist jargon. How many protests, broken windows, or street fires have they started lately?

I agree, any radicalized group poses potential threat and should be dealt with if they are actively oppressing others.

But the real focus should first and foremost be on the people advocating and perpetrating violence. I haven't seen anything to believe white supremacist are part of that group.

What about Browns supremacist, black supremacist? Are they infiltrating institutions? It certainly seems like they have.

"Certainly seems like they are"

aka I have just been confronted with a fact I don't like and so try and dismiss it with conjecture.

What is a white supremacist? Are they people who believe whites are better than other races?

Is there a law against believing that? Is there a law against saying things which support those ideas?

I don't understand what the danger is.

If they break a law then they are criminals.
