That's what this all boils down to: sticks and stones. It's a mountain out of a molehill. If the county or city decides during the course of their internal review that she violated their harassment policy and punitive action is needed, then so be it.

I always thought PIG was an acronym for Police In General.

Like any another word it really only has the power and/or meaning that you give it.

I was a GRUNT for 20 years. Fairly demeaning title. I wear it with pride.

When I was a kid in Detroit we had a Police Blues Band that did community outreach at our school (concerts and such). They were named the "Blue Pigs". They owned it.

Her backing down and switching to "meat product" shows guilt. I can only assume she initially meant PIG in a derogatory sense. Shame on her.
