That is awesome! You are so right, it always makes the effort worth it when the satisfaction is recognizable. I am so put off by the orientation
rhetoric that many companies give to their new employees when they fail to implement or give ample support in order for their employees to actually
provide said services.
I have to point this out when consulting sometimes that employees need support and tools to do their job properly, otherwise the orientation means
nothing when it comes to providing customer service adequately.
