Don't be an ignorant fool. I have no problem with any ritual I took part in. They were great experiences, everything about them, and I am a better person for having participated in them. Surely, a ritual that has been participated in by millions and millions of people has something beneficial to it, wouldn't you think? The thing is - there are literally thousands of dates, symbols, rituals, all sorts of things that predate Christianity and Islam. It would have been totally dishonest to sweep all of these things away as some of them are pertinent to the way we live. For example, why deny the Summer Solstice? It is an important date in astronomy. These dates are a part of our understanding of how the cosmos works and how our planet is related in the solar system.

i agree interaction is a great way to help put things in words and share..thou i disagree that we need this in order to learn..
