I had one years ago, and that doc kept His patients awake for it. Was NOT a pleasant time.
This Doc knocks out His patients. If not for that, I probably would not do it again!!

I just got some really bad news. I was on facebook, in a historic site about my city. They were discussing cops from the 50s, and I saw a guy adding to the discussion with the same last name as an ex girlfriend of mine. I met this girl (sheriff) during my divorce, but it was too soon for me to date, I was broken hearted still. She fell in Love and treated me like a King. She was very pretty, and very kind. I could not give her my heart. So I asked the guy on Facebook if he was related to her, and he said yes, she was my niece RIP. WTF! She is dead? I have been looking for her over the last few years, and I had no idea. Gosh. I just don't even know what to think. Shes gone? Kinda trippin tonight. I hope this is a misunderstanding. I hope its not her

I'm tired and I need to find either a bed, a couch, or a haystack to go lay down on. Been kind of cazy around here with the two foozeball games that went on earlier. How 'bout 'dem Cowboys? Well, dem cowboys got beat by Mr. Rogers and his friendly neighborhood Green Bay Packers in their only playoff game at home this year. Those pesky Kansas City Chiefs got the boom and the Steel Curtain lowered on them as my Steelers went to the big arrowhead in a cornfield and scalped the Chiefs.

Throw down in the Dome in Hotlanta next Saturday as the Packers take on the Falcons. Then the Steelers get to come up to Foxboro and crash the party for the Patriots.

As I go to bed......... I leave you all with this.

Trolls, smart-alicks, know-it-alls, wise guys, and just plain goofy people rush to respond.
Of course there are some nice folks.
And I always enjoy good humor and am more than willing to laugh at myself because I don't take myself serious.
But basically, because I seem to always regret posting anything to this site anymore I think I'm done...

I've had a quick look at your thread now, your short poem gif rings very true! and it does actually touch on ideas proposed by Socrates, but in no way could you be accused of "copying" him!!
There was only one person who actually commented negatively and, so far as I can see.... not one person agreed with them (or starred their post).
What that amounts to is.... one detractor, one single person who wanted to "pi$$ on your chips" as they say in these parts!
One of our friendly mods here once gave me some sound & sage advice about detractors on this site, and it involved Water and a Ducks Back!
I smile now when I think about how upset I was because some anonymous keyboard warrior had decided to try and ruffle my feathers.

You must do what you feel is right, but here is a wee Gordi thought for you...
What would ATS be like if EVERY good, creative poster who received one negative comment decided NOT to post again?

Syx, no longer do I get used to one of your avatars, you go and change it again. LOL
I keep putting off my colonoscopy and they have been after me for years. I think because of the countless of tests and procedures from back when I had cancer, I get overwhelmed having any tests and it sort of traumatized me. As it is, I get extra tests because I had cancer before.
As for being put asleep or not, around here you have a choice. And...they won't release you until you fart. LOL I don't remember the reasoning behind that, but um...yeah.

Moon, Mark and I had a lovely Christmas and quiet New Year and are fine. Thanks for asking!

hello every one....hope your day is going great...going to take syx soon to him appointment..then maybe get some things out of the living room so its all getting done slowly but it will get all done some day..or i might help syx in his room..as soon he wont get able to get in there...so that is what i will do is work in his room...living room is not bad just need a few things put in the shed..so it can wait until we do syx's room as i know alot of it can also go to the shed...so thats my plain when we get back..so dont blow it syx...

Evening my Lovlies! The boards have been rather the same old, same old lately. I find a good thread nestled in amongst them sometimes though, so I'm always checking.

I have writer's block so Night and her crew are rather stuck in time at the moment. Kaelci, Errollore, Syx, John, Shep and other story tellers...Come out, come out wherever you are!

The shed is soooo slow lately. Has everyone been abducted? Is there some fun party somewhere that I'm missing? Too much real life standing in the way? I hate when that happens! Anyway, you are in my heart and in my thoughts.

Gordi, did Mom have any kind of services? Any gathering of family and friends? We haven't heard much, so I thought I'd ask. Do you have anything besides pics that you got to take home with you? I love my treasures from my Mom and Dad!
