Great insuring accuracy in election is only possible if you can foot the bill. Another example of why only the rich run for the highest office. Anyone else gets screwed unless they have the cash. No wonder Trump was able to buy his way to the presidency.

Ensuring accuracy should be done before an election, not in a recount.

Stein got just over 1% of the vote it was a money maker for her nothing to do with the recount just duping people out of their cash.
