And, earlier, the State Board of Canvassers voted to halt the recount.
This was a vote held in the case the vote ruled in favor of stopping the recount.

LANSING, MI -- Michigan's Board of State Canvassers voted 3-1 Wednesday evening to preemptively halt the presidential recount process should a federal judge move to dissolve the order that allowed the recount to start in the first place.

The motion approved by the board, put forward by Republican canvasser Colleen Pero, instructs Michigan Elections Director Chris Thomas to put a stop to the recount if U.S. District Court Judge Mark Goldsmith dissolves a temporary restraining order on the two-day waiting period required by state law after an objection to the recount is filed.

This is interesting......

The judge said a recount to test the integrity of the voting system "has never been endorsed by any court."

I rather suspect that the Democrats got to the judge and asked him to stop the recount as it would uncover massive democrat voter fraud and take hundreds of thousands of votes off Clinton.

It looks as though Stein is going to appeal, so the other possibility is that it's all part of the delaying and chaos that is designed to undermine.

Here's something else.

In Detroit, where Hillary got over 90% of the vote, there is evidence that single votes were counted up to 6 times.

Here's more.

Apparently the election officials in the counties where Hillary won handily all had 'problems' with their optical scanners.

So much for Hillary winning the popular vote... only if one democrat can vote multiple times!

Interesting article!

I find the comments on the article absurd.
99% of them are blaming Trump and the GOP - when all of the cities mentioned in the article are where Clinton won in a landslide.
If I had an account on that site, I would reply, but... eh. This just shows the level of delusion among Clinton supporters.

Yeah, Hillary wins areas in massive land slides and they are shown to have had 'problems' with the optical scanners, whilst at the same time having huge turnout. The liberal conclusion is that Hillary should have had more votes, despite the evidence suggesting that less physical ballots were in the boxes than written on the boxes...

But she's not done I'm sure now she will claim she's been discriminated against because she appears to be a woman or something like that.

Wisconsin and PA make o difference at this time Trump still has the numbers.

Changing the Electoral College will take at least 11 years and Trump gets re elected then it would be 15 or more to try to get a 2/3 vote to pass it.

I say that because it's not going to come up during the next 4 years then if Trump wins another term it's 8 years then the states have 7 years to vote on it.

I hope that the GOP lawyers in the PA case are smart enough to use that ruling as part of their argument.

She has already taken to Twitter to cry racism and also that she is being bullied by Trump.
In her frustration at common sense calling her out as a lunatic, she has let her guard slip and revealed that this was all about undermining Trump from the start.

With Michigan looking done and the Wisconsin recount finding no issues, it appears that PA is irrelevant anyway.
The recount I am most interested is in Nevada. The results of the 5 county count are due tomorrow. De La Fuente has consistently said for months that his votes were being given to Clinton. He's no fan of Trump or Clinton.

HUUUGE NEVADA VOTER FRAUD UNCOVERED? WORSE THAN ACORN

December 1, 2016
Today, Megan Barth interviewed Republican Assembly Candidate for District 15, Stan Vaughan, with actual proof of massive voter fraud in his Clark County district. Vaughan brought into the NEWSMAXTV Las Vegas studio and laid it out for all to see, US postal service certified returned mail from 9,200 voters in District 15.

Many of the people who were listed as deceased are still on the active voter rolls today. Many of the returned mail came back with 5 people living in a vacant lot with no mail receptacle. Edward Snowden, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and dozens of movie stars were registered to vote in District 15 according to Mr. Vaughan. Mr. Vaughan tested a sample of 200 people of the 9,200 return mail and found that 185 of those had indeed voted. Mr. Vaughan and many others have testified that they went to the polls to vote only to be told they had voted already. They were given a provisional ballots which would only be counted if the total vote count was within 1% according to poll supervisors. According to Mr. Vaughan, there were other serious voting system irregularities he documented, including early voting numbers flipping day to day.

A total number of 17,086 votes were cast in District 15 for both Republican and Democrat candidates. 9,200 voters on the voter rolls who, by law, should not be on the voter rolls is a huuge discrepancy. Vaughan reported the certified returned mail issue to Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, who according to Vaughan, sent the issue back to Clark County to investigate itself. President Donald Trump lost by only 27,000 votes statewide in Nevada. So 9,200 fraudulent voters in one small Assembly district equals 1/3 almost of the total margin.

Megan Barth said “The Main Stream Media attacked Donald Trump this week for claiming there were millions of illegal votes cast. Well it appears Nevada, which has voted for the winner of the Presidency for the past 108 years may have been stolen and must be investigated by the Feds. Not Obama feds but incoming Attorney General Jeff Session must investigate this issue.”

Well, I hope it is really over....for the sake of all the Michigan voters.

I read one report that Stein plans to appeal to the Michigan Supremes.....and tomorrow is Friday.

I don't think her appeals will hold any water. She's crossing the line and will probably need to open a new case.

Audit vs Recount.

Yes, I think she has already appealed to the Michigan Supreme Court. She's getting too much limelight (and money) to stop now.

She's either being played for a fool or being one.

Neither look good on her and is shrinking her already very small constituency.

She has no shame.
NOt only did she petition the MIchigan Supremes....she also wants a FULL refund of the filing fee....even though some counties spent money to start the recounts.
IMO, she should not get a cent.
The balance should be applied to help defray legal expenses of the State to stop her mischief.

"In the event that the Supreme Court fails to act, we expect the $970,000 filing fee to be returned to the campaign,” she said.

The fate of Stein's recount fight is now in the hands of the Michigan Supreme Court, which has yet to issue a decision on whether it will hear Stein's argument. Stein is appealing a Michigan Court of Appeals ruling that said she didn't have standing to request a recount because she never stood a chance to win the presidency with her fourth-place finish and 1.07% of the vote. That ruling triggered Wednesday's decision by a federal judge, who upheld the state court's finding and concluded there was no real evidence of foul play and no valid reason to continue the recount.

and

Attorneys for Jill Stein filed an application for leave to appeal to the Michigan Supreme Court Wednesday morning following a state Court of Appeals ruling ordering the Board of State Canvassers to stop the recount.

The Michigan Supreme Court hasn't said whether it will accept the appeal or not, but it's likely the last legal option for Stein.

Looks like she will get the refund - nice for her

Still, the Mi Supreme Court has correctly halted the recount.
Given Stein has raised over $7m, it looks as though the sum total is going to be about an extra 50 votes for Clinton, so about $140k per vote!

Now we know that she has gone liberal.
That's how the liberals think that you get things done.
When they don't like the results of playing by the rules, they resort to riots and bullying.

The only people that have time to complain and protest during the Christmas holidays shopping spree is either people that have no Christmas spirit, or those that have not money, or those that are pay to do so.
