Yeah, um as a matter of fact, I know someone from Trinidad and someone from high school amongst others that was in on...the entire Nicaragua escapade. I'm not going to speak on that just because. That entire situation stinks to high hell of total US involvement and if not, it just stanks. I'm not up-playing nor downplaying this guy. I just think IMO that he thought he was protecting his nation from the unknown and he didn't want his citizens to know. BTW, one of my best friends is Nicaraguan and I have an El Salvadorian good friend (ex-military) that collects federal money....go figure.

We can all look at this guy and go..."Oh hell no, he was the worst or He was the best". I don't know, I'm not Cuban (I'm fighting a much larger front with my Native Cousins), but I know a depressed state when I see one. I've been to Cuba numerous times on Educational trips and I've seen a lot both good and bad. I never lived there so I can't say wholeheartedly, but I still stand by, I don't think he was a bad guy. He certainly had no fighting power...duh! That has been obvious for over 60n decades!

Big balls, a Big Mouth and lots of gusto to dare anyone to cross hime is what I think he was made of. That is all.

Goodnight

Admiring Castro is like admiring Hitler, that's all.

Again with the f#cking Hitler analogy...

I admire Castro from the bottom of my soul, for everything he did for the people of Cuba, and then for his mythical fight against the strongest superpower in the world. He managed to maintain Cuba as independent as possible.

Comparing him to Hitler is just a pathetic move when you have no bloody arguments

You admire a guy that repressed religion, killed scores of people for having a different ideology, repressed all different line of though with violence in his country and exported violence to countries to impose his believes.

Cuba was not independent at any point, it was subjugated to USSR instead of USA.

Cubans lived in misery most of the decades he ruled, blame USA for it, but it was just Fidel fault for repressing capitalism and insisting in communism.

The bottom of your soul knows # about Cubans.

I admire a leader that inspired tens of millions around the world. I admire el commadante for standing up against colonialism and capitalism monsters of the west

You can you whatever you want, but it's thanks to him that Cuba managed to survive even under sanctions.

He will forever be remembered as the ultimate opponent of the American colonialism and dominance.

You are free to make silly statements and say that Castro was Hitler. I can say the same about Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Bush and so on. Let's see who murdered more people.

Anyone who supports American foreign policy is literally Hitler. Do you realize now how retarded of a statement that is?

So just because he had less capacity to kill people makes him better?

I've been to Cuba many times on vacations. I've spoken to many Cubans that worked at the resorts I stayed in. Trust me, they are desperate for change.

Whatever, go live to cuba, not the hotel for tourist, or the stores for tourist, go live as a cuban, let the g2 pay you a visit, enjoy the freedom the castros grant the cubans, and if you dont like it speak about it, enjoy 28 years in jail for opposing the only political party.

What propaganda?

Look at Iraq and Libya after receiving western democracy. And Syria in the making...

Are you having hard time dealing with facts and opinions of the people outside of the US? Sorry to tell you, but most of the world share our opinion about the US nowadays
