why are there so many #in assholes on earth , cmon seriously , there are real men out there who love and respect women ,and real women who love and respect men yet there are a large proportion of men who just blindly listen to the Ego and dont even realise they are doing it, just like the women who blindly listen to the ego too.

These people surely have to be a minority , because surely there cant be more off these ignorant people than the nice ones ?

I just dont see why still we are at each others throats when Unity is the reason we are all here right now discussing this very issue.
It was cooperation and unity that brought our species here not man vs woman in a battle for the ages!

our DNA is the exact same the only thing that differentiates us at the base level is that one chromosome
but we are a mirror image of each other. one and the same but separate and unique in our own ways but the same.
It's really frustrating that we are held back as a species by these extremely ridiculous movements or debates
when we should be trying to put our eggs in different baskets!

this all happened at the weekend during the super moon which I believe was the saturday not the monday
me and my fiance' decided to pay homage' to albert hoffmann and do some spring cleaning.
We discovered our issues and resolved them easily.

and realised we are a duality just like the photon ! a wave and a particle , a male and a female
but united together
Anyways it was all very insightful and I just cant understand why so many people are wasting their time with this when we could be doing so many better things

Well, you know what? It kinda sucks to be aggressively and repeatedly told that you are in some way "privelaged" because of what is between your legs, when the reality for many men is very far from that.

It sucks to be told that acting in a way that is natural for a man, by being boisterous, competitive or problem focused, is something to be ashamed of.

Oh and by the way, you will find a lot of people, male or female, will react with "chest-pounding" when confronted with ignorant bullsnip.

First of all, without wearing a codpiece and gluing Mr. Whiskers sheddings all over your cheeks and posing as a first-day employee, then how do you know when youre totally bonkers in accusing some guy of overexplaining things or if he honestly had sarcastic intentions or he did so to a point beyond what is needed to ensure the employee has got it and wont possibly make mistakes? All the bosses actively job I ever had I felt took training far beyond what any competent human being could possibly need and I was shadowed, demonstrated to, assessed, and reexamined so many days longer than I needed but c'mon, when you are but a small inexperienced cog in a machine that is someone's baby and livelihood not to mention tons of nervous investors and while a company might be massive, one poor experience with you might cost a lifelong relationship with a customer, then there is no such thing as overexplaining since the supervisors job is dependent on other peoples performance. Scary to be him or her. Lastly, I have found male bosses much more trusting, willing to give me positive reinforcement, and treat everyone as equal. While women bosses have that stern something to prove attitude, sometimes you never even see their faces unless its disciplinary then they jump on it, and in my experience forget about comradely they have their salads and Starbucks delivered to their offices and spend tons of time on the phone and are always using being a mom as an excuse while great employees use kids as an excuse once and get one warning if not straight to that no excuse. And single moms getting free childcare in office? As a single person id like laundry or car washing or some form of service readily available expenses paid so I can drop a responsibility from my life. And God I wont even START on the experiences I had the two times my head hancho was a minority...that actually the worst but im sure there is no way to explain it without being called insensitive but it always creates an issue directly or indirectly when in reality I dont give a good gosh darn what color you are and wish I wouldn't be something forced on me to take into account
