It definitely seems like the media is currently fanning the flames of anger. In my opinion democracy can be a terrible thing if the votes are split 50/50.

It's a great thing for those in power though, since a divided country is much easier to rule. Divide et impera is a pretty old concept, yet very effective. Anyone on either side spouting divisive rhetoric just plays into that, thus tightening the chains.

This thread is about the media. They ignore the rest of the country also and prey on the fears of the same easy targets as the Democrats. Enough people have opened their minds and refused to go along with their programming in those ghetto plantations where they continually have been farmed as a crop of votes.

All across the board in key States it was shown on election night that Hillary's percentage in the blue areas was down from past elections.

The media failed to deliver, the DNC failed to deliver, and the vaunted Clinton ground game machine failed to deliver.

This can mean only one thing, they are losing their power base, they know it, we know it but the radicalized brainwashed sheep rioting in the streets do not even have a clue. They get herded around by their Marxist masters expectantly. They show up in the masks, with the ball bats and Molotov cocktails, others with bullhorns and industrially manufactured signs for them to hold so that the words are not even their own. Then the media pretends it is all organic, like a sick tragic comedy.

I already know what it says. The high density areas voted mostly for Clinton, with a few exceptions. The rural areas voted for Trump. The founders knew this was going to happen, that is why the electoral college was made. It was to keep high density population areas who were mostly industrial areas, from being able to dictate rules that would crush the agricultural areas. They knew cities and farmland would not agree on everything, and did not want one to have power over the other. Without this we would have been a Democracy, which the founding fathers loathed. They formed a Republic, and called Democracy tyranny of the majority. What is lost to current knowledge is that under a democracy, 51% get everything they want, and 49% get shafted. We have surpassed the Democracy now, and are in a Socialist/Marxist stage. Once the government owns everything, and allows the populace privileges, the next step will be an oligarchy. We are very close to that now. Every stage from democracy to current requires control of the media. The government creates a frenzy with the media until the population demands government do something about the problem. Then they put in a "fix" which they wanted in the first place. This ALWAYS results in a tyranny, where people are killed for disagreeing with the government. We are repeating all the mistakes Rome made, and will end up with the same result.

Tonight they are focusing on the protests and riots, the guest are saying " its gonna grow too in every city",," its not going to stop" etc, inciting and provoking people into thinking that has a purpose. Once again, it wont work, just because the media says it will grow doesn't mean it will, haven't they learned their lesson yet ?

The thing is, they have been using these same dirty tricks for a long time. They shamelessly did the same thing to Ron Paul a few years ago. Its worked so well for them so far, I don't think they know how to do anything else.

And all of these big sanctuary cities that voted for Hillary all have Democratic mayors. Hell the mayor of Oakland sent letters out to all of the business owners basically saying "Sorry, you're on your own. If we send the police out then they will become a target." Like that has ever stopped them before. If the Lakotas protesting the pipeline are getting rubber bullets, dogs, hoses, why not these idiots running around teraing up their own city? Its because they don't want that. They want the chaos, they want the rioting.

I agree with your post completely. I want that out of the way so that you don't think I'm being argumentative about your conclusions.

But some things that you've described, while accurate, bother me almost on a daily basis. That would be buzzwords or buzz-acronyms as I like to call them. Sanctuary cities, BLM, LGBTQ, racism (post slavery modern day usage), Muslims (in thinking that only the religious aspect of it is all that there is to Islam but ignoring the Political faction) , and there are a host of so many others that would take me far too long to list. However, embracing their usage in our day to day we automatically become devisive and unconsciously create tension where there need not be any.

Sanctuary cities - what?! All cities are sanctuaries for ALL American citizens.
BLM - ALL lives matter ffs.
LGBTQ - Ugh how this gets on my nerves...Automatically identifying yourself as anything BUT a person you make yourself the target and frankly, last I checked job applications or decided to order food at a Wendys, they never asked me my sexual orientation.
Racism - Where?
Muslims - When your political radicals become separated from your religion then maybe we can have a calm reasonable discussion; stop embracing the radical violence by not separating yourself from that faction.

. Any Mayor at all anywhere should be fired from their position by refusing to send help from a force that his constituency pays for with their tax dollars. Completely ignoring for the moment that THAT'S what they signed up for - precisely that! To become the target of aggression from perpetrators, that's why we, who pay for their salaries, allow them to have deadly force.

Not at all trying to offend you. I tend to be blunt and call things like I see it though.

A sanctuary city is a city in the United States or Canada that adopts local policies designed to not prosecute people solely for being an undocumented individual in the country in which they are currently living. These practices can be by law (de jure) or they can be in fact (de facto).

Alot of these are places such as Oakland, where there are indeed BLM protesters among the rioting happening there. I don't think I mentioned anything about racism or LBGT or muslims. I think BLM is a very racist "movement" if you can call it that.

And that is true about Oakland. They have sent some police forces there now, and made some arrests, but that is indeed a letter she sent to all of the small business owners after the first nights riots.

They have a Democratic mayor of course. If there is an agenda in play behind the scenes (this is ATS after all) I think it might very well be to let these riots sort of "happen" and maybe they will spread to other cities. Obama can declare a state of emergency before trump get inaugurated.

I agree with you completely. The Liberal Media and DNC are having a nervous breakdown. You want to talk about hate and Trump? Well I believe places like CNN, MSNBC, NYTimes, WashPost to site a few examples are exploiting and are contributing to the violence we are seeing. Remember, this type of outrage has been happening for years under the Obama Admin. and this is still under HIS watch with HIS Justice Dept. and as of this post for the next 69 days. Where are our Leaders coming out and decrying this type of behavior??

What is happening in the streets, the violence, shootings, fires, beatings, etc. is interestingly being kept quite by our DNC friends and the Obama Admin. All sponsored by George Soros and his minions.

What you are seeing is a self righteous group of bratty, pampered, entitlement driven, immature and intellectually challenged people who didn't get their way, which they had come accustomed to for the last 8 years, and do not know how to graciously accept defeat, and put their hatred away, and root for America. That's how I see it!!

They have been doing it for at least a century. It's what they do. You can't even make them believe it when you spell it out to them because they have been their own echo chamber for so long they don't even realize that they're making up reality as they go.
