No, shes just an ultra liberal activist judge that tries to influence polticial elections with her social justice warrior opinions, which if you really look at what happened in this election, you will notice that people are sick and tired of that attitude. A justice is supposed to interpret the constitution, not legislate from the bench, but she never followed that.
Oh yeah, Social Justice, Equal Treatment, Equal Rights.
So horrible that we have to get along, be nice to each other, treat each other with respect.
The Horrors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Until we can get past what defines gender, its a moot point.
I, personally, believe our chromosomes pretty much lay it out there. Scientifically, your gender is determined by X and Y.

That is not what science is saying.
I feel sad that you're still holding on to that antiquated thinking.
Brian Brown & NOM are already gearing up.

Is neurology part of science? What if the brain is physically set up in such a way as to make a person identify as a specific gender when the rest of the body is set up differently? Which one wins - the conscious identity in the brain or the chromosomes which determine the rest of the physical body? This is what the new science is starting to tell us. There may be a disconnect between the physical brain and the rest of the body. Could you at least entertain the possibility? Have you looked at the latest science? There are no sure answers yet. But we are finding out that it is not as simple as xx/xy.
Researchers using brain scans have found new evidence that biology—and not environment—is at the core of sexual orientation. Scientists at the Stockholm Brain Institute in Sweden report in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA that gay men and straight women share similar traits—most notably in the size of their brains and the activity of the amygdala—an area of the brain tied to emotion, anxiety and aggression. The same is true for heterosexual men and lesbians.
