There are only 2 possible options here. Either he really did rape her, or HRC is paying her a TON of money to make up this lie...

I appreciate your legal perspective -- thank you! -- but I do believe there is a third option... She may very well be telling the truth, but was previously convinced by someone somehow not to take any action against her abusers; and she's still telling the truth today, but has now been convinced by someone somehow to take legal action. Bribery, blackmail, other threats...

And of course it's reasonable to expect that whoever would have been doing the convincing was part and parcel of her abusers' criminal activity. These are (too) powerful people with (too) powerful friends.

The timing of the filing was coordinated by the Clinton campaign.

Some other members have already cited sources pointing out the conspiracy being perpetrated against Trump and against his supporters with this rape case.

How the hell can they hold a press conference or pretend to hold one, when the case was close by the accuser herself over a month ago?!!

Actually, she first filed for a $100M lawsuit in April, when she was broke and unemployed. When that failed, she refiled again in June, this time for $75K.

This is an almost cartoonishly dirty election, doesn't mean the dirt ain't real though.

I'd like to see the evidence of all of the claims against both candidates before writing it off as BS, some very serious allegations being made that need to be investigated fully.
