That has nothing to do with this case. The emails came from a CF employee and it was not created by/for or controlled by the US government.

Once again, the BS is getting deep.

If a CF employee (Sid Blumenthal) gives Hillary an intel brief and she passes that information around the state department... guess what... it became classified the instant she received it and decided to forward it to various members of her inner circle.

You also like to overlook that the source of Sid's info came from Drumheller who died of cancer. It has been reported that intel agencies have allegedly said that some of the stuff that Blumenthal sent Hillary matched their classified brief word for word.

If that was true, then it was classified when Blumenthal got it from Drumheller.

Just google Blumenthal/Drumheller relationship.

This exchange (along with mine with the same member) reminds me of one of my Dad's favorite sayings:

"Never try and teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and annoys the pig."

I stopped engaging when it became clear said member was displaying traits of willful blindness and confident ignorance. Folks like that are incapable of seeing the truth as it does not fit into their carefully constructed worldview. Facts are meaningless to them so discussion is also meaningless.

The MO of some members is very simple. They will make an argument. Lose the argument decisively, or simply abandon the thread when proven wrong.

Then, by magic, a week or month later... they will make the same arguments in a different thread using the same excuse, pretend they were never proven wrong in an earlier thread and then it starts all over. Rinse and repeat.

I no longer engage them long term, it is pointless as you have pointed out.

Still the same story... Blumenthal sent unmarked classified information to Hillary Clinton and vice versa. Hillary Clinton then failed to properly mark the email as classified when she received it, nor did she report the incident of receiving classified information over a unclassified medium from an unauthorized individual to her security officer. She then proceeded to forward the unmarked classified information to various members of the State Department for action.
