You really have to twist things to make her a criminal
The fact that they told her to delete her personal stuff always slips the mind of the right.
She didn't destroy evidence after being subpoenaed.
That's something, another thing, that Trump made up. He invents facts as he goes along.

PolitiFact Sheet: Hillary Clinton’s email controversy
Let’s take a look at the timeline of relevant events, according to the FBI report. (The most pertinent information is on pages 15-19 of this document.)
Feb. 1, 2013: Clinton serves her last day as secretary of state.
July 23, 2014: The State Department reaches an agreement with the Benghazi committee about producing records for its investigation into the 2012 attack on a U.S. embassy in the Libyan city.
Oct. 28, 2014: The State Department sends an official letter to Clinton’s staff requesting "emails related to their government work." Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, and aide Cheryl Mills oversaw the review of Clinton’s email archives to produce work-related documents to the department.
Dec. 5, 2014: Clinton’s team provides 55,000 pages of emails, or about 30,000 individual emails, to the State Department. Mills tells an employee at Platte River Networks, which managed the server, that Clinton does not need to retain any emails older than 60 days.
March 2, 2015: The New York Times breaks the story that Clinton used a personal email account while secretary of state.
March 4, 2015: The Benghazi committee issues a subpoena requiring Clinton to turn over all emails from her private server related to the incident in Libya.
Between March 25-31, 2015: The Platte River Networks employee has what he calls an "oh s---" moment, realizing he did not delete Clinton’s email archive, per Mills’ December 2014 request. The employee deletes the email archive using a software called BleachBit.
March 27, 2015: Clinton’s lawyers send a letter to the Benghazi committee saying that the State Department already has the relevant emails, as they were included in the Dec. 5, 2014, turnover.
Trump’s timeline is correct. The congressional subpoena came on March 4, 2015, and an employee deleted the emails sometime after March 25, 2015, three weeks later.
However, the implication — that Clinton deleted emails relevant to the subpoena in order to avoid scrutiny — is unprovable if not flat wrong.
www.politifact.com...
My question is did the Platte River employee do the delete on his own because it was forgotten, or did he contact the Clinton people and verify it should still be done. But I can see his concern over asking since it was to be done when the time period elapsed and he would have not performed his task on time.

If the emails were so important to the investigation about Libya, why didn't they go seize the computer and disks. The government seems to do this to hackers and whistle blowers.
This whole email deletion controversy would be avoided.

" When asked who told him to delete, he took the 5th. "
Why would he do that ? It's a Simple Question anyone with a Clear Conscious would Gladly Answer . Unless..........
"It’s pretty strange to put something like that out with such little information right before an election" because "voters deserve to get full and complete facts," Clinton said at a campaign rally in Daytona Beach, FL. "If you’re like me, you probably have a few questions about it," she said, arguing the letter's lack of detail allows Republicans to politicize it.
"Donald Trump is already making up lies about this. He is doing his best to confuse, mislead and discourage the American people. I think it's time for Donald Trump to stop fear mongering, to stop disgracing himself, to stop attacking our democracy," she said. "We can't let him get away with this, can we?"
Clinton's response to all of this is very rational... She wants something Trump and his supporters don't want... Facts.

I am on the fence on this particular aspect of Hillary's alleged infractions, but the balance is slowly tipping away from unambiguous innocence.
NO. This has been said already if dear Hillary already wanted it released she would release it. It's her server.

Trump and his supporters are nothing more than a mob ruled by "feelings". There has been no indication at all that truth or facts are important to them. It's all about their "feelings" that she's guilty of something terrible, rather than any proof of it.

It's very disturbing to have an FBI Director engaging in such political games. We live in strange times.

If I am spinning stories without facts, then you can't really dispute the because you don't know the facts either.
Fact. The FBI is investigating issues links with Weiner's electronic devices.
Fact. During their investigation, they (the FBI) found something that has caused them to look at Hillary.
Fact. Everyone on the left is crapping their pants, including the Hillary campaign.
Questions.
Why doesn't Huma just release all her sent emails to Weiner's computer?
Why doesn't Hillary just release all her emails to Huma?
They (the Hillary campaign) has ALL THE INFORMATION. They could release everything and end this right now. It could have ended last night.
But they didn't.

Maybe not about self incrimination but about staying alive.
This is the Life we Choose............I Guess.
Someone could have paid them a friendly visit.
