Element added - INTENT

Law in question
18 USC 793(f) does not require "intent", just gross negligence in handling classified material. Comey stated she did not have intent and based his decision not to recommend indictment on that non existent element of the statute.

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Clinton broke the law and the FBI/DOJ lied when they used intent as an excuse. The fact classified info was recovered from Weiners computer further supports the charge. The reopening of the investigation and its subsequently being swept under the rug a second time was, again, based on the faulty premise of "intent" being a requirement. They threw the second investigation by using the same lie from the 1st investigation.

Honestly, it's just the beginning of Hillarys troubles. This was just a small sample of the troubles coming her way. Her hubris over skirting the last scandal will make her sloppy and she will make more mistakes. There is now an effective and connected underground that will continue to undercut her immoral actions. I welcome seeing her Presidency fail, as it surely will. But, due to her own actions and her immoral minions. Karma will run right over her like a freight train. In life, if you give positivity and love you will receive it in kind. If you give death and destruction you will fall to failure and self destruction. That is her fate, Presidency or not.

Re-opening a closed case. It's a bomb shell this close to election day. This is a Federal Agency investigating. It's a big deal. On all the major media outlets. It's a bomb otherwise it would be have never made the news. It's a front page story. A bomb.

Careful what you wish for. There are still NYPD officers that say there is evidence, but were told to stand down by the DOJ. NYPD still has a copy of the evidence. If they bust open what they know, you may be unhappy with the revelations.
