Today, the amazingly energetic Donald J. Trump promised something that NO DEMOCRAT has cared enough to attempt, in decades. Our next President proposed and detailed a critically important "NEW DEAL FOR BLACK AMERICA".

Story: www.nbcnews.com...

It's a damn shame that Barack Hussein Obama completely ignored the/his Black community after receiving their votes. Now, Hillary Clinton is following in his footsteps.. She's blindly assuming that because she's a Democrat, and was endorsed by Barack Obama, the African American community will "fall in line" like good little mindless minions, and cast their 16 million votes for her, like they did for Obama in 2012.

This cycle, open-minded Black Americans who refuse to be FOOLED AGAIN, are indeed going to give Donald Trump a try. As you can see from this video of boxing promoter DON KING introducing Donald Trump to a church filled with Black ministers and community leaders in Ohio last month, important segments of the community are tired of being lied to, screwed by, and ignored by, DEMOCRATS that they voted for!

Don King Introduces Donald Trump (C-Span Video): www.youtube.com...

For obvious reasons, the "old guard" community leaders like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, along with the NAACP, are not in Donald Trump's corner. But what's most telling, is that they are not out there at rallies raising Hillary's arm to roaring crowds of supporters either. Probably because they know Hillary is lying when she exclaims, "I ain't in no ways ever tired of fightin for youuu!" in Black churches. In 30 years, she's done NOTHING for no one except herself, Chelsea, and Saudi Arabian women abusers.

So the article states that Trump's "New Deal For Black America" is:

1) More cops.
2) His wall and an immigration crackdown.
3) Tax breaks for corporations.

????

Trump declared that the problem is not too many police, but instead too few. He praised law enforcement and said that Hillary Clinton was urging on a "war" against police, which he deemed "reckless." In the past, Trump has pushed for controversial "stop-and-frisk" policing, specifically in cities like Chicago that are plagued by gun violence. But that policy was not mentioned in Charlotte Wednesday.

Instead, Trump focused on stopping illegal immigration as a means to return jobs and economic prosperity to the black community. "Illegal immigration violates the civil rights of African-Americans," Trump said. "No group has been more economically harmed by decades of illegal immigration than low-income African-American workers." He pushed for the wall along the Mexico border and argued that by curbing the number of undocumented immigrants flowing into the country, it would "restore the civil rights" to the black community.

The Republican businessman pushed for tax holidays and tax incentives to help companies to relocate to inner cities. And to continue to spur the the growth of these "blighted communities" Trump wants to "seek a federal disaster designation … in order to initiate the rebuilding of vital infrastructure, the demolition of abandoned properties and the increased presence of law enforcement."

From the OP source.

He apparently said something about Glass Steagall - which would be a good start... But aside from that one non-descriptive reference... And regarding his main points...

Good luck with that.

Oh, maybe Donald is finally coming around...let's see what he has to say.

Trump laid out three foundational principles that would guide his deal with African-American voters: safe communities, great education and higher paying jobs.

Awesome...so far so good.

In order to accomplish these goals, Trump promised more police on the streets,

Yes, because that is what BLM has been protesting this past 2 years...there aren't enough cops on the street to kill us.

You mean there aren't enough cops on the streets to keep us from killing each other?

In 2015 about 6,000 black people were killed by black people.

258 were fatally shot by police.

There is no systemic racism in the use of lethal force by law enforcement. What BLM protest for and what's good for America as a whole and the black community are two separate things.

All of them criminals in BLM probably can't vote anyway with all their felony convictions. In the meantime people living in the same communities BLM has been burning down want safety and new businesses with opportunity.

With Democrats it was a crackhouse on every corner and liquor stores where blossoming young thugs can steal their swisher sweets. We all know how that turns out.

Anyone who can't see this might be blinded by their own prejudice.

More police, less militarized. Police that understand its better to make friends with the community than to be at war with them.

What do you think can be done to help the poor in inner cities?

1) Give them more free stuff (food stamps, unemployment, etc.)
2) Let them keep killing each other (ie. less cops)
3) Don't provide jobs (ie. keep letting immigrants flood in taking jobs and let the manufacturers move overseas)
4) Let the drugs flow (ie. open borders and less cops)
5) Keep them needy (the government likes that)

Is that what you think should be done? The same thing the Democrats have been doing?

Trump is offering a chance for a safe life, for the opportunity to support themselves, which leads to self confidence and more security. That's what his plan is.

It's about time. I'm sure team Hilldawg (what she calls herself to appeal to Black Americans) will pin this as a form of RAAACISM

Obama sold out the Black Community. In his attempt to appear as POTUS for Every American not just Black America he completely sold them out. I mean George W Bush jr spent MORE on Black Community initiatives as POTUS than Barack "Do Nothing" Obama.

ok look at probabilty, how many black people are there and how many are actually getting killed? The media shows it so you feel its happening all the time. The majority of the black community are not thugs or criminals and want to be protected byt their own black community as Black people tend to kill black people. Do mums want to see theie kids and family die? i doubt it . he is talking about a more stop and frisk i beilve. if it has wworked before like he claims then whats the problem.

Seems like you don't need my input as you've filled in my answers for me with standard right wing talking points! Thanks!

Ignoring that - I do have a couple of ideas to help with the issues in inner cities....

1) Raise wages to fall in line with the cost of living and inflation.
2) Undo decades of gerrymandering so that the people who live there have a fair say in their representation.
3) Train law enforcement to stop profiling, incarcerating and murdering inner city males at unfathomably disproportionate rates.
4) End the senseless war on drugs and begin a policy of education and treatment rather than the current punitive approach.
5) Normalize the ridiculous and long standing Jim Crow policies in education to ensure that inner city schools are equal in funding and resources as their suburban counterparts.
6) Educate the general public about the realities of the problems facing the inner city so that people don't go around with the kinds of misinformed ideas that are represented by your list.

I see what you mean.... his social skills are neophyte at best.

You know yourself though here in Oz that it takes a long time for a new government to implement changes, Trump only has 4 years if he gets in, and that's if he's not popped in the mean time.

Time is not on his side to fulfill his list. That will always end in broken promises.

Plenty on ATS and the net debunking your little belief about cops wanting you kill you. In case you were not aware, it was major Police crackdowns in the 90's that got crime in check.

1) Raise wages for.... what? A stronger economy and more manufacturing will result in more wages naturally, instead of forcing a raised wage that the economy can not support.
2) People there have a fair say. It's called voting and running for office. They are just doing it wrong. Rioting in the streets solves nothing.
3) That is a smoke and mirrors thing that the media is pushing. Stats don't prove that is actually happening. It is one of the ways our government and media are creating a racists and divided society - misinformation.
4) I agree with this one. But doesn't stopping the flow of drugs from the borders help with that? Reducing the gang activity and violence are needed before (or at least along with) your suggestion.
5) Yes. That's what Trump wants to do. That's what he means about improving education. What has the current administration done about this?
6) Misinformation comes from the media, who are misrepresenting the problems. They blame everything on the cops. And give us more money. Give us more free stuff. They glorify demonstrations and force a racial division by misinforming the inner cities about the solutions to their problems. - That is not what is needed. Jobs, and a stronger economy are needed.

What really kills me is the racism perpetrated by the government, then perpetuated by the public, isn't this against what America is supposed to be,rather then designate someone by race,or ethnic origin, why can't we all be Americans I have many good friends of all races and colors, and I call all of them friends, not all alike but no 2 people are alike anyway, when you start to seperate people by origin, you seperate people

Judging by their behavior, many seem to actually be proud of what they do, as far as the baby machine welfare queen thing, crime, etc. They sing about this behavior and glorify it. Things will only get worse as they continue to do.
