Oh you know me, wide awake with the big owl eyes. I'm ok. Going out to morrow with my Sister.

I had a Christmas present wrapping battle going on earlier. Lose the tape, find the tape, lose the scissors, find the scissors, lose the tags and bows, find the tags and bows. Where is this gift and where is that one and do I have the right sized bag? This bag too big, this one too small. GAH!

Hah! I belted out a huge volume of laughter at that! Very sorry and too true. The stuff you need is never within reach!!!

I generally use a big area to avoid this scenario...I don't think it works as well as I'd like however.

I'm usually more organized, but right now, it looks like a cyclone hit in my bedroom with all the stuff. LOL

I put on some music, maybe that will inspire me to make an entry for Syx. You should join us in our up coming battle. Grab a dragon or something and ride in.

Eurgh, I still need to do my Christmas wrapping at some point... wait for it, I'll end up doing it at the last moment - before bed, Christmas Eve.



I feel like I'm about to melt into the floor. I have to go outside. Out THERE. Into the heat! To pick my son up from his day of daycare... in about 10 minutes or so.

So, about 15 odd Christmasses ago, when I was about 14, we were experiencing an exceptionally hot Christmas Day. I had received paints and canvases as part as my Christmas Present Haul... and decided to paint something appropriate. It still hangs on my wall to this day!



And it's still appropriate, to this day!!!

Beautiful and funny painting Kaelci! 35℃ would be my kind of weather although preferably on a beach 40℃ may be pushing it a tad bit!

I thought of a possible calm discussion/solution with the Evil entities in Our midst, but it seems already They will not want to have any part of that! They have been destroying small villages of Peaceful People, and spreading Their reign of Terror in Accasia, and that just WILL NOT Work! We could try for a meeting to discuss that THEY will have to leave here! Just gonna play it by ear, for now.

So EveryOne stand ready. Be aware of everything around You. Be prepared to take up arms. We need to protect Our Peaceful Realm!
Some Dragons are finishing Their fight with some of The evil forces, in a village far from The Shed. They will return here to lick Their wounds, and most likely be ready to go at it again, when the need arises! And I do think the need will happen...

sentient magical beings and creatures travelled from near and far throughout the night into the early hours of Morning. Some carried the flags and colors of their tribes or Kingdoms. If it weren't for the dire circumstances it would be a beautiful sight to behold. Even the ancient trees had uprooted and walked amongst men and beasts.

As Night Star, Pesky and Jojopo met the others outside, they tried to learn as much as they could of the battle plans against the invading forces. The mist had somehow turned into a physical force that splintered into many beings. They had never encountered such a thing as this before, but were determined to stand strong, united against any threat to their beautiful realm.

The Elf went into the growing crowd trying to find Syx and CC. It was cold and a light snow began to fall and blanket the earthen floor. The wind whipped wildly about, her long hair covering her face and blocking her view. She pulled up the hood of her scarlet velvet cloak and Pesky hid beneath it. She found her mighty dragon friend. "Syx, what is our strategy? I see you have organized the leaders and they await word of action. Who or what are these things and how shall we best deal with them? I have faith in you and all who have come to us this day. We shall not falter. We shall not fail my old friend."

Haha! Those reds were my poor attempt at flames but looking closely now, I can see the vague silhouette of dragons... I'll be happy to pretend that was intentional!

ETA: I should add, that flames are very cool!
I always 'see' things, that are usually not meant to be what I see them as.
In clouds, works such as Yours, trees, etc...
SO My imagination get's the best of Me quite often!!
It really is a cool Image!!!
