in the state of fla complaints for voter fraud or election fraud are handled the same way with the same timeframe rules
the state also withholds juridiction in those matters

look it up i did

so if one has to follow the same process for reporting both and the state has juridiction of both your point of seperation is moot

you go right ahead and continue to crap on documented fraud in the past

it shows your genuine concern for the subject

www.leg.state.fl.us.../0097/Sections/0097.023.html

c) For the purposes of this section, a violation of either the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 or a voter registration or removal procedure under the Florida Election Code is the failure to perform an act required or the performance of an act prohibited by either the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 or a voter registration or removal procedure under the Florida Election Code.
(d) The department has primary jurisdiction over complaints filed under the provisions of this section.

So you discovered that voter fraud is not the same as election fraud?

Good for you.

I bet the Black Panther party will still be allowed to "observe" though.

What a joke our government has turned into.

You've gone on for three pages not understanding a distinction so basic in politics (and still don't) and plastering that all over.

Pardon me if I'm basically unconcerned with your political worries.

Is there some reason Americans who are members of the Black Panther Party shouldn't be allowed to register as poll observers?

If so, what is that? If not, what's your point?

Maybe you haven't paid attention to past elections but they have been at polls intimidating voters, not observing.

Do you think the KKK should be able to register as poll observers?

I guess it is only intimidation to Democrats when people try to stop their deplorable behavior.

I have paid attention to past elections, and I have also paid attention to the hysteria on the right regarding Black Panthers.

If they broke the law, let them be punished.

A member of the KKK that is an American citizen has the same rights as the rest of us. What "deplorable behavior" are Democrats engaging in then? Exercising their right to vote? Yes, I'm aware that many on the right disagree with that; it's fairly obvious.

Your blatant partisanship is also obvious and fairly much disqualifies your opinions from having a great deal of relevance in my mind.

Do you have instances of Black Panthers intimidating voters? Or did you want to go on and on about how you hate Democrats?

You haven't provided any facts, friend.

Your ignorance of the basic facts of the matter is embarrassing.

I'm a registered independent that voted Democrat in the first election Obama won.

That pretty much blows holes right through your opinion on that.

I've grown tired of the Democrat parties hypocrisy and lying as have thousands of other independents.

Speaking of blatant partisanship have you looked in a mirror lately?

Awesome. So you vote Independent and post right-wing? Interesting choice.

No, voting for Obama eight years ago does nothing to noting the facts about your posting behavior in 2016, which is blatantly and unceasingly right-wing.

I, like many here, still focus on the truth of matters as best we can. Thus, we end up correcting the almost non-stop flow of lies from Fox News/Breitbart right-wingers. I am a Democrat, yes, and more accurately a Constitutional leftist.

Now that we've got our personal bona fides out of the way ... what does that have to do with voter fraud?

Yeah Dr. Brule, try to be more objective and balanced, like Gryphon.

Lest yea loose the opportunity to achieve relevance in his mind.

Whose mind are you seeking relevance in then? LOL.

Tell me, do you have an opinion about the Justice Department's statement about interfering with elections?

Any evidence that you'd like to add either in support or exception to the OP?

" Residents of at least two cities in Texas are complaining that they voted for Donald Trump only to see the voting machine switch their ballot to Hillary Clinton.
Early voting for the 2016 presidential election started yesterday for people in some areas who have been given the opportunity to avoid the long lines on November 8.
However, in Amarillo, a woman was shocked to see her ballot flip from Republican to Democrat.
“Gary and I went to early vote today,” wrote Lisa Houlette on Facebook. “I voted a straight Republican ticket and as I scrolled to submit my ballot I noticed that the Republican straight ticket was highlighted, however, the Clinton/Kaine box was also highlighted!”

Amid claims from both presidential campaigns of election interference, an international agency is planning to dramatically expand the number of observers deployed to U.S. polling locations – though they’ve had to scale back their original game plan since some states won’t allow the foreign poll watchers.

" The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, or OSCE, originally announced it would send 100 long-term election observers “to follow the electoral process countrywide” and 400 short-term observers “to follow election day proceedings.” The 500 observers would mark a tenfold increase from 2012, when the group had just 44 observers in the United States. The OSCE is better known for sending observers into countries where democracy seems shaky, such as Ukraine.

The move comes as Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has warned about a “rigged” election, and called for his supporters to act as citizen election observers as well. Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, and Obama administration officials, have said the Russian government is attempting to influence the U.S. election. "

The Dems are Already Trying Fix the Election in their Favor . The Soros Voting Machines are Flipping Votes Electronically . Mr. Trump has Cause to be Concerned .

You've got a lot of different issues mixed together there.

The electronic voting machines have been problematic since day one, which is why all but four states have switched back to a paper backup. It's called glitchy software. It's not FRAUD, but it is a problem, and it's one states have worked hard to fix.

One solution to this problem is to have voting machines declared to be critical infrastructure at the federal level so local election boards would qualify for federal funding to have these problems fixed. Right now, the local precincts are strapped for cash.
