Anyways I went looking for a link, I was getting it confused with a Dutch law rather than a US law (the difference being that the US law excludes kissing). In the US it's only sexual assault, which is still enough to say that Trump should be labeled a sex offender.

It varies by state though, In Nevada where this took place (I'm assuming it was Nevada at least, the story mentioned Tahoe which has both a Nevada and California side) the actual statute is called "Open and Gross Lewdness", which varies between a misdemeanor and a felony, but almost always comes with a sex offender registration (but usually no jail time). Under those laws it's any unwanted kissing.

I would be amazed if Clinton paid for this however, more likely it was Trump if anyone paid her.
The accusations are very weak, it shows that he grabs wallets first and it tarnishes the other accusations nicely.

Most likely she is just a good businesswoman taking advantage of what is probably an amusing anecdote amongst her pals, although I wouldn't be surprised if she isn't sued.
