How am I implying that? Are you saying that less-degree rape is not a form of rape? You know, rape to a lesser degree?

Think about what your saying, or just misquote me again if your struggling to find a straw in this debate.

Your exact words, which were previously quoted, disagree with what you just posted. I think you realize how ignorant you sounded and are trying to back track now.

It's not sensationalist to call lesser-degree rape... rape. It is a form of rape.

You should lean to swim before jumping in the deep end.

So you are suggesting that completely consensual sex can after the fact, days later in fact, be suddenly called non-consensual? Ecuador disagrees which is why they gave him amnesty.

Here: Source

Basically he had sex with two women within a few days of each other, women he met on the same night at the same event, and a condom broke while having sex with one of them and he did not stop, and the woman did not realize it broke until they were done. Apparently he did not disclose to the two women that he had slept with the other. That qualifies as "lesser degree rape" because the women feel like they were lied to which resulted in consensual sex and the one woman felt he should have known the condom broke.

Thank you for clearing that up. I was under the misunderstanding he was accused of forcing sex which I felt was very unlikely, that it was more likely that these women were bribed to bring the charges. It's embarrassing I have misunderstood this for so long!

just an irony on the side...
didn't some british king or queen ship all of their 'criminals' to australia?
maybe they weren't 'criminals' at all?

iceland

Denmark was fighting in the Napoleonic Wars and they were stretched very thin to patrol the Iceland harbors. Essentials from Danish trade ships were few and far between partly because the few that were on their way to Iceland were intercepted by the British Navy. In 1801, the British Navy had attacked Copenhagen and destroyed almost the entire navy fleet. Denmark did not officially join the Napoleonic Wars until 1807 when the British fleet left Copenhagen in ruins and captured the remaining ships in the Danish fleet. Denmark was all but bankrupt in 1813 when they could no longer take the costs of fighting in the war.

When Jörgen landed on Iceland in the early summer of 1809, he along with his ship-crew arrested the Danish appointed governor after they were unsuccessful in trading their goods. Jörgen promised that he would reinstate Icelandic self-government and that the Icelandic people should have a society such as the people in America and Europe had at this time. He even had a new flag for Iceland that showed three fish in the upper left quarter on a blue field. The entire story of Jörundur´s flag is HERE.

Two months later, at the end of the dog days of summer, the Danish government arrested Jörgen and restored Danish rule in Iceland. He was in prison for two years and afterwards continued to lead an amazingly ambitious and glorious existence until his death 20 Jan 1841.

So the answer is "no". You don't understand what you're implying at all.

Let me break it down for you.

Is the rough equivalent of saying, "It's not sensationalist to call consensual intercourse... non-consensual intercourse. It is a form of non-consensual intercourse."

Yeah, this thread has seen it's end.

It's now established that the numbers are checksums as a pre-commitment to verify the authenticity of what's assumed to be upcoming file releases.

Whether we eventually see the files in question depends on if this is a true "dead man's switch", or if the upcoming releases are simply upcoming in accordance with Wikileaks' regular internal schedule.

Does that explain Pam's visit?

I think this whole episode is drama. The hashes could have been released earlier. Doing it now makes it a useful as drama.

I going with this part is made up, with hope it is leverage.

Thank you for acknowledging the thread. Seems earth shaking especially if world bank's are threatened to be "toast". Not sure if there is any credibility with the poster. Makes Clinton emails look like a fairy tale book if it's credible!!

=====

As the original poster of the mentioned
"Breaking AES-256" thread, I must CAUTION
that AES-256 is NOT truly broken per-se
since many banking transactions are TIME LIMITED
to milliseconds or mere seconds at the most.

However, AES-256 MAY HAVE had it's usefulness
as a means of LONG-TERM encrypted document
storage compromised by an alleged group of
University of Toronto grad students who have
used an IBM supercomputer (i.e. Watson) to
find mathematical curve-based estimations
of POSSIBLE AES input keys when plain
text is KNOWN to contain data that are
the headers and footers of KNOWN file
types such as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets,
Microsoft Word processing documents,
OpenOffice documents, PDF files, PNG,
TIFF, GIF and JPEG images and ZIP or
RAR-format file archive output.

What has been sent to me by certain
"Industry and Agency Sources" indicates
that fuzzy-logic-based comparisons
of Rijndael-randomized output of KNOWN
plain text versus Rijndael-randomized output
of truly randomized AND unrelated data SEEMS
to follow a curve-based (i.e. Quadratic or
Elliptic) pattern that allows researchers
to obtain a SIGNIFICANT reduction in the number
and size of the "Islands of Possibilities" within
the 2-to-the-256th power of possible
AES-256 encryption key combinations.
It has been proposed to me that the BREAKDOWN
can be on the order of a much more manageable
2-to-the-128th power or even LESSER number
of encryption key possiblities.

This means a BRUTE FORCE DICTIONARY ATTACK
on AES-256 can be done on as little as $30,000
worth of common GPU hardware with as little
as a few days worth of computing time.

Human password management foibles can be
taken advantage of since the ASCII and/or
UNICODE passcode phrases plus the appended
or prefixed numeric and punctuation combinations
used in many passwords is a common trait found
within many organizations.

The Rijndael-randomized output of
known ASCII/UNICODE plaintext is
examined using a fuzzy logic system,
since the characters making up many
pass phrases is numerically and binarily
close-enough together that a specific
pattern of encrypted output MIGHT BE
able to be predicted/determined and then
"Untwisted" to get enough of the original
password that a Brute Force Dictionary attack
can be used to speed up the obtaining of the
ORIGINAL full-length AES input encryption key!

I MAKE NO CLAIM AS OF TODAY as to the
veracity of what has been presented to me!
I can say, however, that the algorithms
sent to me SEEM plausible but require my
significant expertise in C/C++ code translation
and high-level API translation to code a fully
realizeable platform-independent software
application in Delphi Pascal, JAVA or
Visual Basic that MAY PROVE to be legitimate!

I barely have even started yet!

But I will acknowledge that I am holding
SOME optimism because it would be VERY COOL
to be able to BREAK AES-256 AND ALL the
WikiLeaks Insurance Files EARLY !!!

Which I WILL BE ABLE TO DO
ONLY IF THIS ALGORITHM
IS LEGITIMATE !!!

There NO Promises from me !!!!

But at the very least, I WILL
INVESTIGATE the possibilities and
report YAY or NAY on the results!

No?

Why are you making things up and attributing them to me? Its pathetic.

I'm saying that Assange is wanted by Sweden for investigation on rape allegations. What part of that is wrong.

I couldn't give a # about what you consider rape, and neither does Sweden. And since he is wanted for his actions in Sweden that's all that matters.

Simple enough for you?

So i'm so how being sensationalist and also implying something when stating the FACT that Assange is wanted by Sweden for rape allegations.

Give me a break.

No, because you think "rape allegations" in Sweden are the same as "rape allegations" in the USA when in fact they are not even close. Hence your idiotic and ignorant statement which several posters have noticed and called you on. Rather than backtrack so heavily you should just admit you were grossly mistaken about what exactly he is being charged with.

Why do I?

Why do you think i'd give a crap what "rape allegations in the USA" are defined as?

Where have I even hinted at them being the same or me thinking they are the same.

Stop making BS up to argue against. Pretending your a mind reader or something, just admit that nothing I've said isn't true.

Again, your posts speak for themselves. You think "Lesser Degree Rape" is a "form of rape" when according to Sweden it is NOT.

Since you seem very confused: "Lesser degree Rape" is not considered "Rape" in Sweden, nor is it considered a "form of rape". That is why it is a separate charge. "Lesser Degree Rape" in Sweden means: sexual coercion, or, lying to get laid. You are thoroughly ignorant of what you are arguing.

Sweden updated their laws in 2005 to add these "not actually rape" scenarios into the Rape Protection laws and it has reflected in their countries statistics as now you have a higher chance of getting "raped" in Sweden that anywhere else in the world.

For example, Sweden reformed its sex crime legislation and made the legal definition of rape much wider in 2005,[3][4][8][12] which largely explains a significant increase in the number of reported rapes in the ten-year period of 2004-2013.[13][14]
