Whats clear is that it makes Beck look like an actual conservative rather then drinking the Trump Koolaid

A true conservative would work to elect a President who would nominate probably 3 Supreme Court Justices to the Bench. That's the big prize of this election. As usual, everyone gets distracted by fluff.

Wrong a True conservative doesnt vote party lines .......a True conservative doesnt abandon principles in favor of a strong man or to play party politics........

Exactly right. It's no wonder Gary Johnson has hit 10% in some polling. Trump vs Clinton is a contest to find the least popular candidate. My hope is Johnson gains enough support at the polls to put a end to the GOP and the Democratics ever taking voters for granted again.

I can easily see conservatives not voting Trump. It's been written on the wall for months and came to a head this week.

Indeed. There is almost a MMP feel to the GOP side of this electoral cycle. Under MMP many Kiwis will give their party and candidate votes to different political parties. The GOP is looking to ensure their voter base supports them in Congressional races even if these same people vote for Clinton or 3rd party in the Presidential side of things.

The premise of this thread is a complete misnomer, the fact he's withdrawn his support for Trump in no way, shape or form means he's endorsing Clinton. This is one of the myriad of problems with this farce of an election, you're all automatically assuming that if you're making a negative comment about one of the two frontrunners, or even just correcting one of the Trumpers or Clintonites on something they've said, you're a supporter of the other candidate. Never assume it makes an ASS of U and ME....
