If she is guilty like he expects she wouldbe in jail if he were to become president.
Right, he has tried and convicted her in his own mind.

IMO You are Way off in your interpretation of what he said
It doesn't really seem that I'm that far different from yours.

I have tried and convicted her of international war crimes in my mind. I would like a full, impartial and legal investigation.

That doesn't make me judge, jury, or executioner. It makes me informed and wanting the truth.

He has a right to an opinion on her guilt or innocence. How is he doing anything other giving his opinion of the current evidence against her.

Separate yourself from your dislike of the man and you would see clearly he was not trying to take the Law into his own hands, but rather use the Law to investigate a possible criminal.

Isn't this what we want? Someone willing to push for the truth and share his opinion? Or do we want someone who remains silent?

I am not a Trump supporter, and think he has done some very distasteful things but your accusations are putting context to his words that was never intended, which is dishonest.

I think his ISIS reference in response to the tape question was some sort of coded plea, which he kind of slammed the door on with reference to putting Hillary in jail.

HI can you expand on this for me? I could see that that this was closed quickly but ......I don't get it and am willing to listen! PM if you must.

Thank you for your answer.

No doubt, Trump won. It was a boxing match, and he knocked her down to the ground a few times. I don't know how she got up before the 10 count.

Trump said some bad things 11 years ago. According to him, it was locker room talk. Every reasonable man in this country knows about locker room talk, and the mature women in this country know that about their men. If anything, that humbled him among the male demographic. "Oh, he's like us."

Trump ousted Hillary as a hypocrite. She not only defended President Clinton, but she also attacked the victims! And she's "for women". No, she's for Hillary (and maybe Bill and Chelsey). Then again, that's just conjecture because the official narrative is "no evidence", but she laughed when recollecting the case. Come on, we all know that those giggles and laughs are her tell.

Trump made several strong points that Hillary lavishly repeat while trying to make Trump look bad for saying the same dang thing.

BTW, Hillary's plea for fact checking bit her in the butt. While she was Secretary of State she referred to the TPP as, "exciting," "innovative," "ambitious," "groundbreaking," "cutting-edge," "high-quality" and "high-standard".

That was when she had power to actually have an impact on the TPP. It wasn't until she started pre-planning her next presidential bid that she began to say things like, "reserve judgment", "won’t be perfect", and "concerns".

She flip-flops whenever it is politically expedient.

The main point where the fact checking bit her in the butt is over the emails. Fact-checking now...

Oct. 28, 2014: The State Department (headed by Hillary's ally, John Kerry)sends an official letter to Clinton’s staff requesting "emails related to their government work." Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, and aide Cheryl Mills (her team) oversaw the review of Clinton’s email archives to produce work-related documents to the department.

Dec. 5, 2014: Clinton’s team provides 55,000 pages of emails, or about 30,000 individual emails, to the State Department. Mills tells an employee at Platte River Networks, which managed the server, that Clinton does not need to retain any emails older than 60 days. (Her lawyer advised her team to delete, delete, delete)

March 2, 2015: The New York Times breaks the story that Clinton used a personal email account while secretary of state.

March 4, 2015: The Benghazi committee issues a subpoena requiring Clinton to turn over all emails from her private server related to the incident in Libya.

Between March 25-31, 2015: The Platte River Networks employee has what he calls an "oh s---" moment, realizing he did not delete Clinton’s email archive, per Mills’ December 2014 request. The employee deletes the email archive using a software called BleachBit. (Delete, delete, delete)

March 27, 2015: Clinton’s lawyers send a letter to the Benghazi committee saying that the State Department already has the relevant emails, as they were included in the Dec. 5, 2014, turnover. (but we can't know that without turning over the deleted emails. Seriously, let them hand over evidence evidence against themselves using their own discretion? Geez.)

It goes on and on, but basically, the lesson of the night for me was Hillary is a hypocrite, liar, and weak. She got steamrolled.

In fairness, it seems as if Obama judged her to be innocent before an investigation. This seems just as bad.

Here's the issue with Republicans. You guys are suckers for people that put an emphasis on form over substance. Sure, he's got a loud bark; but the guy had nothing to say but BS and completely avoided answering any question.

Sure he may have won by looking rude and obnoxious, but definitely not on substance. For Republicans, this is what you care about, but you fail to realize that this is exactly the reason why the GOP is falling apart....it's because the GOP offers nothing.

Are these two candidates really the best that a country of 350 million people can offer up to the highest office in the land?

Of course not. These are just the two candidates that our media/government want us to vote for.

Federal agents were still cataloging the classified information from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal email server last week when President Obama went on television and played down the matter.

“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Mr. Obama said Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.” He said it had been a mistake for Mrs. Clinton to use a private email account when she was secretary of state, but his conclusion was unmistakable: “This is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”

Those statements angered F.B.I. agents who have been working for months to determine whether Mrs. Clinton’s email setup did in fact put any of the nation’s secrets at risk, according to current and former law enforcement officials.

Investigators have not reached any conclusions about whether the information on the server was compromised or whether to recommend charges, according to the law enforcement officials. But to investigators, it sounded as if Mr. Obama had already decided the answers to their questions and cleared anyone involved of wrongdoing.

Anyone who thought that debate was a win for Trump is completely detached from reality. It's pointless to talk about it anymore. These people are hopeless and their "small government" authoritarian dictatorship dreams have been entertained long enough. Ready to vote and move forward. Leave the racists and bigots to the past where they belong.

Anyone who thought that debate was a win for Trump is completely detached from reality.

Indeed.

realclearpolitics.com is an aggressively unbiased web site that aggregates information from scientific polls across the USA. It is a much more ‘conservative’ source (in the statistical, not the political sense) than most standalone polls.

In the 24 hours since the debate, Trump’s poll ratings on RCP have declined from 42.9 to 42.5. Which means that — despite the committed nature of most of his supporters — he actually lost support after the debate. Clinton’s ratings, on the other hand, have risen from 47.5 to 48.3.

Maybe in Trumpworld, this signifies a victorious debate performance. In Trump world, after all, many things signify their opposites. In a world without moral gravity, nothing stays in place for very long. And people who have thrown away their moral compasses to follow the voice of self-indulgent atavism are in poor training to understand distinctions of any kind.

These people are hopeless and their "small government" authoritarian dictatorship dreams have been entertained long enough. Ready to vote and move forward. Leave the racists and bigots to the past where they belong.

These people are worse than hopeless. They have embraced evil. They have sold their souls to the Devil.

Cool. He's going to circumvent the legal system and jail Hillary.

Awesome.

Who else?

This is a very sad comment. Take a look at Clinton cash and come back with a more informed position. The Clinton's are career criminals, the evidence is overwhelming. The fact that Bill is a rapist and that Hillary helped cover up for him isn't even the worst stuff this sordid criminal family has done.

They sold state dept. access to the highest bidder. Some of their clients include Putin cronies who were put in control of US uranium reserves, several terrorist regimes in the Middle East, and companies that wanted to sell arms to Iran.

You might also look at how the Clinton's killed thousands in Haiti by stealing donations earmarked for earthquake survivors.

Yeah this is the hero you are supporting. If Americans don't get in touch with their God given conscience's soon we will not have a country.

I'm just sick of this #.

Seriously.

Left? Right? Who cares. Both candidates are terrible. I'm tired of the obfuscation and mindless support of either candidate. The USA is going down the drain either way.

I wish i didn't have to say that, but i don't see many positives to either candidate being in the White House. Unfortunately, both parties have offered the US terrible candidates, and it is the people who have to suffer that consequence. It's a shame that like many countries, two parties dominate the political sphere.

By unsubstantiated do you mean the thousands of leaked emails from multiple sources, eyewitness testimony and dozens of well researched articles and books on the Clinton criminal syndicate? Do you also consider Al Capone to be unsubstantiated or perhaps Bernie Madoff was actually a legitimate investor as well?

Just what qualifies as evidence for a globalist or government agent? Will you justify yourself at the judgment seat of Christ for defending someone like Hillary, or offering her any support despite this overwhelming evidence?
