They are the worst.

The only enlightenment I received from them was one time (of the many times) they harassed me was about a lesson on jesus. That was that he died. And that I already knew. Let it be. Move along!

I don't like the title "Christian" for myself at all anymore. I dropped that label several years ago. It's too associated with Pauline doctrine, and how hypocritical a lot of it is.
Jesus was different. Not just that...but something profound (total understatement, actually) happened to me when I made a simple request to know "Him"...a long time ago.

In Christendom... jesus was a spook... and a darn good one. He was genius.

Wow...that was very transparent. Guess you found out Jesus is real? He's way better than all that lust, etc, though.

Some of them are good people ,others seem to be bent on wrecking other peoples lives ,preaching the Good News of the Kingdom is one thing which i have no problem with [provided they respect other peoples rights], but interfering in every aspect of someones life ,where they work ,trivial things such as what car they drive ,what holidays they have, using guilt trips and choice scriptures out of the Bible to manipulate people so they can be controlled and dominated ,that is not Christian or loving your neighbour ,the Bible says ''Humans will have dominion over the earth and the beasts '' ,but NOT over other human beings ,trying for force their own Personal Bigoted Version of the Truth onto others is WRONG !!!!!!!!!! they are supposed to be Serving God ,as servants .And judging people and condemning them ,Jesus Christ was appointed by His Father as the JUDGE !!!!!!!! not stupid arrogant conceited humans who think they are Spiritual Self Declared Super Heroes with big egos ,some of them need to pull their heads in and BE humble servants serving God ,instead of their own Egos and causing grief to people who want to do the Right thing,and not seeing them as Easy meat to pull to pieces .

That's so not true. God has answered many of my prayers, spoken to me in many ways....and not once did I have to call him "Jehovah" or "YHWH".

The fact that Jesus, while on the cross, shouted out a semantic-derivative of "El" and not "YHWH" is very telling. In Matthew 27:46, Jesus pleaded with "Eli", while in Mark 15:34 he said, "Eloi".

All one must do is study the temples and beliefs of the early polytheistic Hebrews, along with the Canaanites, Akkadians, Assyrians, and Mesopotamians,.... and it will reveal a religious hierarchical structure where El is the father of YHWH (70 Sons of El).

Where I from... the name of God is undisputed. It has no mystery attached to it.
No one bothers to reveal it or pronounce it. In english... we honor it with a song. A short, one word, song.
The song translates as " I Am That I Am".

The in-depth meaning is striking.

First... it implies (traditionally): "I Am _________" < insert nationality/ethnicity.
Second... it implies (spiritually): "I Am A Man!" > In The Proud And Personal Sense Of It.
Third... it implies (consequently): "I Am A Soldier!" > in the most ultimate and finite sense of it.

Eheieh.... if you have trouble pronouncing it. My advise would be to listen to "all along the watchtower" by "jimi Hendrix". He says it at the end of the song. You cant miss it.

The name of God often confuses me when my open mindedness becomes an offering.

I have had hundreds of prayers answered and just as many not yet answered and all Of them I ask of God in Jesus Name.
