It is so similar. One part triples Americorps, which is full time. Another part gives training and exprcts contribution . They get training and can get a better job. When you are needed, you get a call. Just like the National Guard.

Is there something wrong with this? It would be voluntary. Tell me what is wrong with it.

The fact that it is a federal program is what is wrong with it. If communities need this kind of help, they can do it on their own.
