Well...I have been doing some searching today and I believe I know why Tara targeted the guy. I have his name from the court case. It appears he is very active in Clark County's Trump campaign. He has set up many of the speaking meetings and seems to be on the Trump campaign team in Washington for their town. This would lend itself to him being harassed by Tara as he seems pretty well known in the campaign circle there. I feel now, more than ever, that her tirade against him was actually targeted from the beginning, not just because he had signs in his yard. He has been on the campaign team for a while from what I can find....all kinds of videos of him setting up events and sponsoring caravans to speeches and whatnot.

He actually appears to be a pretty legit guy.

Oh...and the flag she screams about being a redneck for on his Audi....

Anywho....story continues!

After she was served papers on the 28th she later Teeeted she hopes he gets pneumonia at the local Trump event, and also linked out to the event. She may have known knew he was involved some how as you mentioned, or not. Guess we'll see. She got her day in the spotlight over this.

My guess is that she's known he was involved in the local campaign all along. I am sure there are others in the area with yard signs yet she happens to pick the one guy that is heavily involved....either really coincidental or targeted....based on how she acts online I would say targeted.

She was heavily involved in Twitter rants with local supporters so she would have known his name from there. From the FB posts I have seen of him and videos from rallies he actually seems like a pretty nice guy....but that would be me solely going by his videos online.

I can say that if I compared both of their online personas I would have the same opinion of Tara as I already have....whackbag.

Good stuff gang. So, looks like there is a chance that in addition to the dose of justice, she could get a full serving?

This is more exciting than the election now..

I still believe she messed with the wrong dude.

Imagine if she was serving and couldn't get to vote!

Depending on where they are able to vote in the county and if there is a restraining order AND the dude wanted to be an A$$ (which I would totally understand) then he could go to the one place nearest her to vote and just stay there and she couldn't go within however many feet the order states. Now if it were me, I would have enough people named in the order to be able to put one in each voting space just because I could.

Yes, if it can proved she had an attempt to mess with an active election worker I wonder if that brings an added legal dimension to this?

This is more exciting than the election now.

Except in this situation it looks like the guilty person actually has responsibility for actions, whereas in the election the person charged has FBI connections and doesn't see any consequences for their actions. Tara had reached out to the Hillary campaign and the FBI through Twitter for support.

Hey everyone. Still lurking here keeping tabs. All good stuff. Just wish we could see the video.

Well, let the court run things where everyone has their evidence and say in court. If it is not sealed we'll see the video evidence. We'll know about the verdict and that will be more telling than the video.

Honestly, it would be great to have his side out there with his video.

Actually, that wouldn't work. A restraining order for this would probably be limited to his home, as in she can't go down that street. In any case, a restraining order on complete contact can't be used to force someone to cross a street because you're walking down it, etc. It restrains intentional or deliberate contact, and implies no interaction with in cases of accidental contact.

Nice thought though.

It must be different for GA then. Mine will not allow the person mine is against within 300yds of any building or place I occupy. If we happen to walk down the street then so be it, but if I am currently in a space and he decides to stroll in then it can be enforced here. I have had to do it twice but they were not by coincidence that he showed up. Both times were when I was with my family so I wasn't taking any chances.

Not that I would know if he was in a building with me depending on the size of the building though.

Either way...it would be a pretty funny way to block her from being able to vote for Hillary....

That's the difference. It has to be a purely coincidental and unavoidable contact to be outside the restraining order. Voting is considered a right and he would be able to go vote even if you chose to stand there. Actually, if you tried to force it, you would probably be told to move long enough for him to vote.

Being suitably struck down with a restraining order and criminal charges for recent actions, Tara goes back to her first trolling victim that she is emboldened to expel her deep anger at and work through her Daddy issues without legal troubles.

She really tweets some awful lewd allegation doesn't she?

Deeply troubled person.

Maybe Tara has Daddy issues and he didn't lover her enough. Something is troubling this crazy Tara, could that be it? Nah, she's just a bitter vile person.

As I said before, both parties have issues and, really?, is it that bad there in the United States that tempers get this out of control and opposing parties and their supporters have to mud sling and be violent? I used to sit on my father's lap too, there was nothing in it but closeness, and I would feel his unshaved face stubble.

Hell...I snuggle with both of my daughters whenever i can and sometime fall asleep holding them when putting them to bed...I'll continue to do that until they won't let me anymore.

I think it is the initial action and lies in this case that are garnering the reaction Tara is getting. There was no mud slinging on her victims side. I think everyone here just wants to see her get put back in her place and quit being such a brat.

I am also talking about the mudslinging from DT and HC and I think the gloves even haven't come off yet, trickling down to the supporters. (Look at that "Let's get ready to rumble thread"...I guess everyone likes a good rumble(?)

Enlighten me as to the guys issues. You do know HE called the police when she got out her car and screamed obscenities at him in front of his house (yes, there's video evidence of this being used in the court case she's facing). prior to that she took pictures of his house and posted them on Twitter with slanderous comments. Prior she came to his property and harassed his girlfriend verbally. All this even before that day. His supposed car chase was following her and calling the cops on his harraser/stalker. At this point that was a wise and sensible thing to do. No threats on his part, only responsible actions. So enlighten me as to what the guy did besides have a few political signs in his yard and respond to protect himself and his girlfriend from slander and harassment? BTW, you should also know he was working with the Trump camping in a high profile position so she may have specifically targeted him. So, your turn to explain your reason he had ANY fault in this?

To answer your election question, NO, many people here in the states act sane and walk right past political yard signs without getting triggered like an MKUltra Agent. Campaigns here and everywhere sling mud to make you think they are the best candidate because making you fear their opponent is effective and has been used over hundreds of years.

Tara acts like a spoiled child with men issues, but since she's an adult she has to handle the responsibility for her actions. Restraining order & criminal charges says it all. I'll take a guess and say she loses the court case too.

It's all politically charged with a dash of insanity for both sides.
