That is the way the US rolls--it makes outlandish claims and allegations, never providing any proof or facts whatsoever to support their claims. Pure propaganda, 24/7
Recall that is precisely how they brought MH17. A full court propaganda press, never ever proved.
Russian state media reported that Israeli Mossad agents and other foreign military officers were killed in Aleppo on Tuesday in a Russian missile strike. According to the Arabic-language version of Russia’s Sputnik news agency, some “30 Israeli and Western officers” died when they were hit by three Kalibr cruise missiles fired by Russian warships in a “foreign officers’ coordination operations room” in western Aleppo, near Mount Simeon. In addition to the Mossad agents, the Russian report claimed, military officials from the United States, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and Turkey — virtually every country hated by Iran, Syria and Russia — were killed in the strike, according to “battlefield sources.” The foreign officers were “directing the terrorists’ attacks in Aleppo and Idlib,” the Iranian Fars news reported, referring to the rebel groups that control the Syrian cities. The Israeli government did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Yeah, apparently, according to the video, it was banned from the western talking points memo.
Several US, Turkish, Saudi, Qatari and British officers were also killed along with the Israeli officers.
“Secret cables and reports by the U.S., Saudi and Israeli intelligence agencies indicate that the moment Assad rejected the Qatari pipeline, military and intelligence planners quickly arrived at the consensus that fomenting a Sunni uprising in Syria to overthrow the uncooperative Bashar Assad was a feasible path to achieving the shared objective of completing the Qatar/Turkey gas link. In 2009, according to WikiLeaks, soon after Bashar Assad rejected the Qatar pipeline, the CIA began funding opposition groups in Syria.”

Every country uses propaganda, this is why it's important to read news from around the world so we can always read between the lines.
The foreign officers who were killed in the Aleppo operations room were directing the terrorists' attacks in Aleppo and Idlib.
just something to consider and keep in the quiver of thoughts
While the US-led coalition’s airstrikes in the eastern parts of Syria have been told to have taken place due purely to an “accident”, the incident stands out as yet another unmistakable evidence of America’s dual strategy and potentially conflicting aims of countering ISIS and removing Assad from power in Syria at the same time. Hence, the strike. While countering ISIS has become a necessity due to the group’s presence in Europe and the attacks it has orchestrated recently, the objective of toppling Assad remains the primary most concern of the US’, and those of its allies’, strategy for regional domination in the Middle East—and the one that continues to prevent the US from co-ordinating its operation against ISIS with Russia and Syria. However, the question still remains relevant and the recent incident has made it even more pressing: why can’t the US militarily co-ordinate with Russia to cleanse the Syrian territory of the jihadists? journal-neo.org...
