Russia is seriously running out of cash

If they run out of cash, which means they have actually been paying for things before starting them, it won't really hurt them.

At that point they will just pull a USA and borrow the money indefinitely. Right??? If USA can print its money until the cows come home and just keep borrowing money from the FED and International banks, than what stops the Russians from doing the exact same thing?? In fact if they did this, they could probably counter every illegal adventure unconstitutionally approved by corrupt American presidents until the end of time. Imagine that, if our rival used the same model we do to wage war on the world??
