There is an explanation for that.

If she is having a seizure, you wouldn't be giving her water. It could choke her. Additionally, if her coughing IS tied up with her condition, water would be an even worse idea because the coughing indicates difficulty with swallowing.

I think the Trump fans shouldn’t get exited if Hillary quits due to medical issues because anybody who takes her place will destroy Trump.

I'll take a heat exhausted candidate over a relentless racist, bigoted candidate any day. She could be in a wheelchair that she moves by blowing into a tube, and she would still get my vote over that narcissistic a-hole and his xenophobic backwards followers.

I just spotted something! At 14 seconds into the video something metal or glass is dropped, you can see it aswell, if you look near the bottom of the post on the right hand side, there is a leg beside it and a small gap, look in the gap, you can see and hear something fall
