DEVELOPING: Senior Fox News Correspondent Rick Leventhal just tweeted that Hillary left the 9/11 ceremony at Ground Zero with a medical episode. She appeared to have fainted as she was being helped to her van.

A security source confirmed to Leventhal that Hillary “clearly had some type of medical episode”. She had to be helped into her protective van at the World Trade Center.

An eye witness told Leventhal that “she stumbled off the curb, her legs buckled, and she lost a shoe as she was being helped into her van.

Moments after she was whisked away, the Hillary campaign blocked reporters from leaving the media area, and wouldn’t tell reporters where she is or what happened.

OK, not much at this stage but will monitor for further updates, witnesses have led to speculation that she fainted or tripped and fell or something. Anyway, it may nothing at all other than she tripped. It may also be that she simply fainted, she wouldn't be the first. It may also be a continuation of a much larger problem, lucky she has an Ambulance on hand.

No video of the event?

I find that hard to believe. Maybe whoever was recording it will manage to upload before they have a sudden stroke of suicide-itis.

Sounds like this woman needs to be put into a care home rather than running for President in the most powerful country on earth.

I wouldn't downplay this or treat it lightly. Her health is under major scrutiny right now and there have been clear consequences for public figures casting doubt on her well-being.

Is this her exit strategy? Or just karma taking a swing?

Maybe they didn't pay her enough to be there and shes 'feignting' again to get out of it.

Good publicity, too. And the world will wonder after the beast.

She stumbled... lost her shoe and whisked away.

Cinderella comes to mind only some twisted version of it at least.

Maybe the glamor is removed now and reality will settle in.

Or maybe it could be because she is under scrutiny it is making her more clumsy..
In a similar way to when occasionally someone is walking behind you, you are conscious of it and feels like you are walking funny. You are more likely to stumble..

Hillary's progressive base is so confused with terrorism because it has conflicting "pet" groups fighting each other while Hillary attempts to pander to each equally:

My point:
A 9/11 memorial speech is a lose-lose political play for Hillary as anything she says pro-American will be despised by the deplorable half of her voting base...
Therefore fake an illness and change the narrative...brilliant actually...

Law enforcement sources

A separate law enforcement source told Fox News that Clinton left the event because she wasn't feeling well.
