Cool, a faerie village!

I just returned home from bringing my two year old to ER (closest hospital 45min away) because her sister swung into her with the swing and cut her eyelid. She's alright, but because we had to go to town on spur of notice . . . we missed dinner and had to eat out. We chose Taco Bell thinking it would be cheap and paid as much as if we had ate at a nice restaurant but without getting near as much food. Not to mention it doesn't agree with any of us. Will not make that mistake again.

I feel a little better (well not my stomach of course) now that I had a short rant. Now, if only I could find those doughnuts . . . I know I saw them somewhere. Wait a minute . . . Syx! Is that glaze I see on Blue Sky's snout?

Good morning my beautiful Shedigans!!!!! I’m so proud of myself, I actually got some sleep last night. I woke up a couple of time but forced myself to go back to bed. Today I have a crazy busy day. I have a jewelry sale I am sponsoring for the hospital so I have to maintain that all day today and tomorrow. Then at 9 I have a meeting for an upcoming project, 930 Dell rep is supposed to be here to go over our environment, my main boss is off today so we have to pick up his slack, I have a webex to set up backups for a new project in Cardio at 1230, plus I get to do all the normal stuff I normally do. I will be popping in and out….this will be my sanity!

Ice, the Sun Salutation, and tumeric extract . . . those will help your back, oh yeah and electro shock if you happen to have a tens unit like we do.

JD, I saw that thread on tumeric/turmeric. I have turmeric, but is tumeric something else altogether or just a misspelling? I have spinal stenosis which is far worse than just a back ache that eventually goes away. With the change in Season, my whole body aches deeply. Well, most of it anyway. I woke up because of pain and bad dreams. I rarely ever have bad dreams. Figured I'd just get up and have coffee.
