Strawman argument. The point is they have bio-labs on Russian borders. Would you care if Russia had a bio-engineering lab outside your border?

A small outbreak does not negate a future larger outbreak, if the outbreak comes from one of those labs. Then there is also information which will never make it to press, and I suppose that's of the most "grave" concern to people in the region.

Keep downplaying the geo-political climate, Im sure nothing bad has ever happened when a military force with ~800 bases builds of bio-labs or military right outside the lines of a large mostly inclusive military power.

Are you sure that's what it is? On the border? Are you sure? You know where Tbilisi is, right? It's not in Ukraine. It's not in Crimea. But Ukrainian soldiers got sick from an outbreak which originated there? What were they doing in Tbilisi?

Your competing sources of information are all inherently tied to a much larger operation that began more than a hundred years and is finally culminating now.
