The LGBT has every right to demand an equal place in America.
THEY have NO right to demand a damn thing from a denomination, church or faith that doesn't allow their beliefs
NOR if a business IS established by signage AS a Christian establishment ,do they have the right to demand fail then and SUE.
It's like Muslims walking by a restaurant then smelling bacon and demand we stop that.
The answer is NO.
LGBT is NOT a race..... period..... they have NO racial rights.

I'm sure not defending him for the vile and hateful words he spewed after the Orlando attack. As far as the claims of being a sexual predator, I have no idea if he did it or not. I'm not defending him and I'm not condemning him. I don't have enough information to do either...

Rather convenient timing regarding the Pastor. Just a short while after he comes out against the usual suspects, there is a allegation of child abuse... Can't help but notice how anyone who really gets under the skin of the controllers generally gets 'caught' molesting children, or dealing in pedophilic activities... No better way to make someone go away it seems. God bless you all. May this man get the justice he deserves, one way or the other.

That's the thing, none of us know anything aside from the fact he expresses vile opinions and has been charged after an allegation of child rape.
He may well be guilty of both, but none of us know, only the hate preacher and the person making the allegations.

Agreed. I however do not think the person making the allegations was put up to it by whomever Chronogoblin thinks puts people up to making false allegations against homophobic people because he thinks that hating the gay gets you an automatic pedophilia charge.

It's all rather tragic though, the fundamentalist Christian thing seems to be a unique US trend, anecdotally of course, I've never heard of crazy preachers like that in the UK.
We get some crazy Muslim preachers but the Christians here are mostly tame, heck the Anglican church in my street has only a handful of old people who shuffle in and out on a Sunday morning...#ing nightmare if you pass them on the way home after a long Saturday night...they know...they judge...they stare, but they are old and few so it ain't so bad.

If the guy in the OP is guilty then yeah throw him to the wolves, he sounds like a right prick, but being a bigoted prick is way different to being a child raper.

Totally agree.

I do not support what he says but freedom of speech is not just about supporting what you agree with. If he is in fact a child rapist jail would be too good for him. I also do not think if he turns out to be a rapist that he was somehow 'set up' as the other poster was implying.

How could they be anything but hypocrites? I've had baptist woman on the Outer Banks of North Carolina tell me that there are NO contradictions in the Bible. And yet in Genesis Chapter 10 its says that the sons of Noah spoke each tribe a different tongue or language. A chapter later in Genesis 11, the Bible says that at the Tower of Babel they spoke one language and the languages were then confused.

And yet the Bible says that God is not the author or father of confusion. And separating the languages creates a lot of room to make in understanding doctrine as it is translated from one language to another. It creates the propensity for the creation of false religions like Islam, since they claim Mohammed is the last person to have his words confirmed by God. When Ebola hit Texas, Mohammed being the last prophet was failed doctrine.

Another Baptist, Oral Roberts of Oral Roberts University said that God told him unless he collected 8 million dollars God was going to kill him. That's extortion. At that point God himself is responsible for people like ISIS's leader abducting Arizona girls and raping and killing them. Because those are also felonies and God is according to Roberts a felon. God has yet to repent of felony behavior before receiving his status as deity.

You can't really trust anything Baptists or Muslims say. Here's the thing I don't get. The Bible says you are supposed to kill gays and yet, many of them were victims of sexual assault. One of the things that perpetuates sexual assaults is government incompetence. They let predators out of jail without rehabilitating them, or certifying them as fit for society and they turn them loose without notifying the neighbors. It's negligence and abuse on the government's part. And God is justifying this by not calling for the governments execution if it leads to sexual mal-development.

It's almost as if God is justifying abuse of his own people. So, why not let ISIS's leader run around and rape and kill Arizona girls, if God promoting abuse of his own people. Let survival of the fittest win, which makes more sense than turn the other cheek for a book which contradicts itself and whose adherents lie about it's contradictions.

I'm with you on the church thing, you lose me at the business.

By that idea a bigoted town could by all rights throw a cross in the window of all their businesses (slight exaggeration as takes more than a cross in the window I'm sure) then tell every gay that lives in their town to "leave cause we don't serve your sinful ass here."

We demolished Jim Crow for a reason, let's not start it up again replacing blacks with LGBT.

Define faith based service. I want to understand exactly where the line is drawn so we have something clear that everyone can understand.

That way we don't end up with silly things like faith based grocery stores, and restaurants, and pharmacies etc.

In Colorado they state "We are a christian Business" by what I've seen.
