As a matter of fact Dave, that is where that shot was taken! Farther up in the mountains are several caves that serve as Hatcheries and such!! Good eye Bro!!
I agree Dragon breeding grounds must be protected, but they are mainly just protected by the Dragons themselves!
So far that has been good enough!!
