Back hurts, but that's nothing new. Legs have nerve damage pain so that's nothing new, but my sore butt and scraped arm and knee and hip hurt from the fall I took. Pretty miserable, but I took more pills and hopefully it will help. Thanks for asking. My arm got a bit twisted and feels mildly sprained or strained. Leave it to me to fall UP the stairs. LOL

a reply to: Night Star Thats a real bummer. Im glad you didnt fall down the stairs Thats even worse. I installed a sensor switch for the lights in the stairwell, after I fell and broke my foot

I'm lucky it was up the stairs and not down. I slipped on the last step going to the porch landing. It was rainy and wet that day and I had heavy grocery bags. It was pitiful.

But I'm a Sheddite warrior. I'll be ok.

Swallowing heavily, she forced her legs to match Darien’s enthusiastic pace, and within moments they stood at the end of the tunnel and gazed out into the other side… a breathless moment of anguish as she saw that the light they had seen was actually hundreds of thousands of tiny well-lit jars! The silhouette of a fairy within each one. Trapped.

A tear rolled down her cheek and she pinched Darien’s arm sharply, annoyed that he had dismissed the despairing energy that coursed about her.

“It was not my imagination.”

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Filled with despair, the plight before her eyes
The fairies trapped in jars, used like mere fireflies
Kaelci pinched Darien, and sent him an angry stare
Darien ever innocent, smiled cheerfully without a care
"You knew they were here?" she accused, a fire burning within
"Indeed I did, young miss." he replied, sporting his boyish grin
"Well don't just stand there, they need to be saved!"
And swiftly inside she stepped, her bravery be praised
She strode through the area, without a second thought
And quickly she shattered, that which fueled her distraught
The glass lay in pieces, and the fairies flew free
They thanked her and thanked her, the sweet and kind Kaelci

(because I don't know how the Sheddites pronounce my person's name, but, I pronounce it Kay-ell-see)
