Oh yes, that they will! I take dragon rides every day. It's especially lovely at night under the moonlight.

Just go to the dragoon keep. If he isn't there, the other dragons can communicate telepathically with him. OR...adopt your own. You must feel a connection though. You'll know which dragon is right for you. I have Storm. He has been an awesome companion and keeps me out of trouble.
