I grabbed a few pics of the Luke parade the other day and today's CAF overflight, but I haven't moved them off my camera yet. Don't expect much, I'm not using fancy rigs like a few of you regulars in this thread.

You should see the photos I delete. They're impressively bad for the gear I'm using.

Was lucky enough to be under the flight path for the JBLM Air Force C-17 medical/first responder appreciation flyover.

I am also lucky enough to have roof access to my building where I filmed this....

Im usually too late to get good pics. Was out in the workshop when I heard one of the local Tigermoths flying over.By the time I got out there would have been a beautiful shot with the sunlight showing through the wings as she went over..

I took 20 or 30 going by Barksdale the other day. Of those, I ended up with two good ones, and one decent one.

Because the site they were posted to originally went to a pay to host, and I'm not paying simply to host photos.

Anyone in the Casa Grande area, they have a restored PB4Y-2 Privateer that's scheduled to fly tomorrow from Goshawk Unlimited.

I'm pretty sure that's the one that used to fly out of the Goodyear Aux Airield. Can't remember if the operator was Evergreen or a precursor, but it was operated as a firebomber there maybe 20-30 years ago. At the time she was one of three or four still airworthy.

If you known what time, I might be able to steal down there. Short notice, and would take some doing, so no promises.

It's the same one I think. They mentioned it flew as a fire bomber as part of its history. I haven't seen a time yet, simply that it was flying tomorrow.

I reached out. I'm guessing a morning flight, for a variety of reasons, so I probably won't make it. We'll see what they say, and I can ring their phone in the morning if I get a chance.
